Laysan, you are a mother of two children, and at the same time you were able to maintain excellent physical shape. It probably also has to do with proper nutrition. Tell us three basic rules of your daily diet.
Thank you for the compliment, but I have to correct you, because with the birth of Rob I gained a lot of weight, and it took me a lot of effort to get back into shape. It was not without sports endurance and training, because I had to lose 25 kilograms!
To be honest, I greatly adjusted my diet, eliminating flour, because a nursing mother can gain weight non-stop. Therefore, I will never believe those who say that they eat right and lose weight. It doesn't happen like that!
And of course sports! The first three months of sports in my life were less than usual, since my milk supply was unstable, but then everything improved and I was able to train for 46 minutes every day with my child. I collected the child and went ahead, into the stroller, and ran around the park. The main thing is to kill laziness. It is necessary to take a disciplined approach to the process and, most importantly, this should not be a one-time event. We need to turn sport into a way of life, because otherwise everything is in vain.
Sleep is also important. The child lies down - and you are with him. I mean night. If you are calm and happy with life, then the baby will feel everything through your milk and your attitude. Small children are a daily exercise in your patience and humility. At the same time, it is worthy to remain a woman in the most difficult sleepless nights (colic, teething) and not take it out on loved ones - this is a colossal work on oneself, but those who go through it will understand that it is possible. The main thing is to surprise yourself every day with a mini-feat on your mood and not invent yourself too much. Remember that you are not the first and, hopefully, not the last woman to give birth to a child. And this is not a feat, this is life, but it is a feat to remain a woman in every sense of the word.

Does your family support you in your diet or do your husband and children eat whatever they want, and you limit yourself?
We all try to eat right. Children are accustomed to food culture from childhood. Only fresh dishes, made with your own hands and in a good mood.
Do you think a dish can be tasty and healthy at the same time? And do you have a signature dish with such properties?
Yes, for example, sea fish. Steamed dorado. We clean the fish, coat it with sea salt and lemon, add mint, dill, lemon, and green onions inside. Place in a plastic sleeve and place in the oven for 20 minutes. It turns out healthy and tasty. I also have a favorite cocktail made from fresh zucchini, cucumber, herbs, parsley, green onions, and dill. Mix all these ingredients together with sea salt in a mixer. Healthy and tasty juice is ready!
How long after your second birth did you return to training? Did you start with simple exercises or didn’t spare yourself and give it your all in the gym?
After my second birth, I already started training in the second month. However, with Sofia I gained much less weight, as I approached the issue of nutrition and sleep more consciously.
Do you allow yourself to miss sports activities when you are on vacation?
I am not dependent on external factors; I will always find a time and place for a 20-minute workout, be it a hotel room, an office, a long plane flight or a train ride. The main thing is desire and imagination.
Tell us about the three most effective exercises that will quickly help a woman regain her former shape after giving birth.
There is no such. This is a set of exercises.
Laysan, you have become a Venus beauty ambassador. Venus is, first of all, beautiful legs. Tell us how you take care of your feet?

What are your top three rules for looking good?
The first is a fresh, healthy, athletic body. The second is a young, well-groomed face with freckles and light facial wrinkles from a smile. And third - self-irony.
Nowadays plus-size models are gaining more and more popularity. Some consider this trend towards body positivity to be wonderful, while others are sure that it is the promotion of an unhealthy lifestyle and downright excess weight. What do you think about this trend?
I am glad that overweight women can get rid of their inhibitions and feel like a model. However, this does not mean that girls without any special health problems can afford to let themselves go and stop taking basic care of themselves.
