In some people, due to the characteristics of immunity (and also, apparently, when infected with a low dose of the pathogen), the T-cell link eliminates the virus from the body without significant activation of the B-cell link, that is, with a low level of antibody formation, often undetectable (not determined) by routine laboratory methods. At the same time, clinical symptoms often do not develop. In other words, a person can endure an infectious process without developing a disease; the level of antibodies in him is not determined, but the body acquires protection from re-infection. How persistent and long-lasting it is remains an open question.
