Wobenzym, 200 pcs., enteric-coated tablets

In the 60s of the last century, German scientist Max Wolf decided to find an effective and safe medicine to treat joint inflammation. He studied the effect of plant enzymes on the human body for a very long time, and the fruit of his efforts was the drug “Wobenzym”. Now it is widely used as an auxiliary or primary remedy for the treatment of many diseases, although previously it was used exclusively to get rid of osteoarthritis. Despite the fact that Wobenzym is registered as a medicinal product in Russia, users often use it for weight loss. Let's try to understand why this happens and whether it is really possible to lose excess weight with the help of German pills.

Indications for use

The drug is an enzyme combination drug that has a therapeutic effect on the functioning of the digestive tract and pancreas. As a result, the breakdown of the main components of food improves, which improves the absorption of nutrients into the blood and the saturation of tissues with them.

The product additionally has immunostimulating and anti-edematous properties, which has a beneficial effect on the functioning of all organs and systems. The antiplatelet properties of the drug increase its effectiveness.

The drug helps prevent increased stress on the liver, gallbladder and other parts of the digestive system.

Main indications for use of the drug:

  • Digestive disorders of various origins. In this case, the drug can be used as part of a complex treatment or as a single method.
  • Blood pathologies accompanied by increased coagulability and the formation of blood clots. For thrombophlebitis and varicose veins, the medicine can also be used.
  • Endarteritis of various forms and origins.
  • Atherosclerotic changes in blood vessels, accompanied by acute manifestations and some complications.
  • Recurrent pathologies of peripheral vessels. The drug can be prescribed prophylactically to prevent the development of complications.

The medicine can be used during the recovery period after long-term use of antibacterial drugs.

Operating principle

Wobenzym has the following effects on the human body:

  1. Slows down the development of the inflammatory process. Active substances suppress the production of prostaglandins and prostacyclins, increase the body's immune reactivity to the penetration of irritating agents. The drug increases the activity of monocytes, lymphocytes and T cells.
  2. Reduces the number of immune complexes circulating in the body that attack and destroy healthy tissue. The drug removes these substances from tissues.
  3. Prevents the penetration of plasma cells into soft tissues. Promotes the removal of protein and fibrin breakdown products from the inflammatory focus. Accelerates the breakdown of toxic metabolic products, slows down the process of death of inflamed tissues.
  4. Eliminates pathological permeability of vascular walls. Under the influence of the active substances included in Wobenzym, the resorption of hematomas is accelerated and swelling disappears.
  5. Suppresses the production of blood clotting factors, reduces the rate of platelet sedimentation and adhesion. Increases the plasticity of blood cells, reduces the number of activated platelets. With regular use of the tablets, the pathological viscosity of the blood disappears, and the rheological qualities of this fluid improve. Tissues are saturated with oxygen and vitamins, metabolism accelerates.
  6. Reduces the severity of side effects that occur while taking hormonal medications.
  7. Normalizes fat metabolism, suppresses the production of internal cholesterol, increases the amount of high-density lipoproteins. Taking Wobenzym helps avoid the formation of atherosclerotic plaques in blood vessels. The enzymes included in the drug improve the absorption of nutrients.
  8. Increases the effectiveness of antibacterial agents. The drug promotes the accumulation of antibiotics in inflammatory foci. Enzymes prevent the disruption of intestinal microflora observed when taking antibacterial agents.
  9. Stimulates the functioning of the immune system. Wobenzym regulates the production of interferon, providing an antiviral effect.

Compound

Wobenzym for weight loss (patient reviews depend on the specific application) is used due to the presence of several active ingredients in the composition, which have different properties:

Tablets are placed in blisters of 10 pcs. or plastic jars of 800 pcs. The cardboard box contains 2 contour cells or 1 jar.

In what form is it produced?

The medication is available for purchase by patients in tablet form intended for oral administration. The tablets are medium in size and round in shape. They do not have a specific taste or aroma and are packaged in foil plates or jars. The amount of product in the plates can be 40 or 200 tablets; in a large jar you can find 800 tablets.

The product in any package is accompanied by a description that details all the features of the drug’s use, as well as possible contraindications and complications during therapy. The cost of the product is approximately 500 rubles. for 40 tablets. Depending on the number of tablets in the package, the price can reach 2,500 rubles. The cost differs in different regions.

Cost and analogues

The average price of a package of 20 tablets is 400 rubles. 800 tablets will cost 6,300 rubles. Medicines that can replace Wobenzym include:

  • Longidase (is an inexpensive analogue, available in the form of an injection solution or rectal suppositories, can be used to combat obesity caused by endocrine disorders);
  • Ronidase (contains enzymes similar to substances included in Wobenzym that normalize metabolism);
  • Cytochrome-C (an analogue of the drug, produced in the form of a lyophilisate, from which an injection solution is made, the drug accelerates metabolism, eliminates signs of oxygen starvation and poisoning);
  • Evenzym (tablet analogue of Wobenzym, contains plant and animal enzymes that restore the functioning of the digestive system).

Pharmacodynamics

Wobenzym can be used by patients for weight loss, as it normalizes digestion and metabolic processes. Reviews from patients about its effect on the body are mostly positive when used correctly.

After entering the digestive tract, the product quickly dissolves, its components penetrate into the blood and spread throughout the body.

They have a pronounced effect on the functioning of internal organs and systems:

  • They stimulate the patient’s immune forces, but not by increasing the number of immune cells, but by improving digestion and intestinal microflora. It is in the intestines that there are a large number of microorganisms that protect the body from pathogenic bacteria.
  • Improves the breakdown of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the digestive tract, preventing their improper distribution.
  • Stimulates the muscle layer of blood vessels, making them less permeable and more elastic. This helps alleviate the condition of patients with peripheral vascular pathologies.
  • Prevents the formation of blood clots by reducing platelet levels and clotting factors.
  • It has anti-inflammatory properties, helps to somewhat slow down the progression of the inflammatory process and stimulates recovery. It has a beneficial effect on the condition of patients with colds and viral diseases.
  • It has anti-edematous properties and prevents the re-formation of edema.
  • Stimulates the removal of toxins and waste from the body.
  • Reduces blood viscosity and bad cholesterol levels. This helps prevent the development of peripheral vascular pathologies.
  • Normalizes metabolic processes, which leads to natural weight loss. However, this effect is achieved only when used simultaneously with a balanced diet.

The complex effect of the ingredients of the composition allows you to achieve good results during course use.

Pharmacokinetics

When taken orally, the active components penetrate into the blood through the walls of the small intestine and spread throughout the body. They are concentrated in large quantities in the affected areas, providing a therapeutic effect.

After processing, the active substances are excreted through the intestines. The period of processing and elimination takes approximately 1 day, but in some patients it can be extended to 2 days. This is usually typical when the functioning of the digestive tract is disrupted.

Is it possible to lose weight on the drug?

It is impossible to lose weight with pills alone. To lose weight you will have to make a lot of effort. Wobenzym becomes a good addition to sports training and adherence to the principles of proper nutrition.

  1. The drug maintains the normal state of the immune system.
  2. Gives strength and a sense of vigor, which is necessary to consolidate the results of sports.

In the first days of the diet, general weakness may be observed, a person’s well-being worsens, and performance decreases. An immunostimulant helps to cope with these problems.

Losing weight by taking Wobenzym

In general, that’s how they discharged me. The price, I think, is too high and not justified. And besides, there are no cheaper analogues. Good pills really improve immunity and increase the body's resistance and resistance to infections. I constantly suffered from vaginosis and thrush; antibiotics did not always help. The new gynecologist prescribed Wobenzym. I took it regularly, and now I’ve been living without this problem for 3 months. It is necessary for the fertilized egg to attach. The goal was pregnancy.

I bought a whole package, it turned out to be quite expensive. I started taking it and immediately became pregnant. Therefore, I simply recommend the drug from the bottom of my heart! I tested the effectiveness on myself.

I took Wobenzym throughout my pregnancy, it boosts immunity and will help remove small pockets of inflammation. Toxicosis also went away faster than in the first pregnancy. The drug is not harmful to the child; it contains only natural enzymes.

I recommend it to everyone!

Post navigation

I think that Wobenzym literally saved me. I was sick like a woman very often. Constant relapses, it seems to have passed and after a month or two it all starts again. This almost led to surgery. It’s good that a friend advised her to contact her gynecologist, she prescribed a new treatment in combination with Wobenzym. Within two months of treatment, everything went away. In general, I advise you to immediately see a doctor as soon as you catch it, do not delay treatment and follow the doctor’s recommendations. At least, with them, my husband’s effect appeared much faster than without them.

I took it in combination with hormones and antibiotics. In general, the effect of enzyme preparations is difficult to assess immediately, but I noted one thing for sure - there were no side effects from the antibiotics. Although I didn’t drink anything extra, not Linex or anything like that.

The inflammation also went away quite quickly, apparently enzyme preparations also speed up healing.

The effect of Wobenzym on the body

Before I discovered Wobenzym, I treated thrush 3 times over the course of a year. I took pills, put suppositories, my husband used ointment, but still after a month and a half this nasty thing returned. My gynecologist said that it was due to a weakened immune system, stress, and maybe also due to the fact that I regularly go to the pool.

After another relapse, when the doctor already wanted to diagnose me with chronic thrush, a friend advised me to change the doctor. I went to another clinic, and there, finally, in addition to the usual and familiar medications for me and my husband, I was also prescribed Wobenzym during treatment and for another month after to strengthen the immune system. As a result, this crap has not returned for 2 years, pah-pah-pah. Thanks to my new doctor and Wobenzym.

I have been registered with a mammologist for several years. The year before, three months before the clinical examination, I took a course of Wobenzym. The doctors, after studying my pictures, were very surprised, but the lipomas disappeared.

They said, “This is the first time we’ve seen this! You probably drank something absorbable? Last year I took a course of Wobenzym again - the mammography result remained just as good. The pictures are in hand, and I can track the examination results myself. I took the course after laparoscopic removal of an ovarian cyst along with antibiotics to enhance their effect and at the same time as a prevention of adhesions.

The healing period went well, and no more cysts appeared. I'm satisfied with the drug. I was prescribed Wobenzym after surgery because I had adnexitis. I took it along with antibiotics, the doctor said that it improves their effect, plus it has its own anti-inflammatory and tissue-restoring effect.

Well, it prevents the formation of postoperative adhesions, which is a common complication. Everything healed well for me, nothing became inflamed.

I will write a review about Wobenzym, thanks to which I quickly recovered from the operation.

I drank it for a month and thanks to its effect on my body, the swelling quickly subsided, the inflammation went away, I began to feel better and more energetic. It’s good that in our times there are such natural and safe drugs.

When I had surgery, the doctor prescribed this drug. My strength quickly returned and I began to feel better. I didn’t know that enzyme preparations have such properties - they improve processes throughout the body and normalize the general condition.

Wobenzym is a good remedy, especially effective in antibiotic treatment. It helped me a lot in the treatment of chronic inflammation of the appendages.

The doctor simply added Wobenzym to the usual therapy, and the result was completely different. I forgot about my chronicle forever, I don’t even remember for five years now. I took Wobenzym for the first time; before this treatment I had never even heard of it. At first I was alarmed that I needed to swallow 15 tablets a day, but when I started treatment I felt that it was well tolerated by the body, there were no complications after taking antibiotics, and what was pleasantly surprising was that there was no relapse.

The price is not the cheapest, but there is something to pay for - the treatment is productive. Doctors will be skeptical - Wobenzym helps with rheumatoid arthritis.

With long-term use, I was able to stop taking immunosuppressants and NSAIDs. When medicine is powerless, the side effects are tormenting, all that remains is to try. Initially, the dosage according to the instructions is 15 - 20 tablets per day for two weeks or longer until the inflammation goes away. The dose is gradually reduced to 3 - 5 tablets. Further always. In winter, tests show a high rheumatic factor, but there is no inflammation. Wobenzym also has side effects - positive ones.

There is a feeling that the potential of the drug is higher than stated in the instructions. I don't understand the hype around this drug. The gynecologist also prescribed it for me.

And not alone. Doctors prescribe it to many girls I know too. I didn't notice any positive effect from it. I just had a very bad headache throughout the two months that I took it.

I just couldn't stand it anymore. Well, the price is far from low. I realized that this is not even a medicine, but a type of dietary supplement. It’s better to use this money to buy vitamins and immunity products. I had mastopathy in both breasts. The surgeon prescribed a lot of things: ointments, potions, pills. In the second year of illness he prescribed Wobenzym. I was unhappy because the drug is very expensive. The doctor suggested taking not two tablets, but four. I did everything according to the surgeon's instructions. He really helped me.

The pain gradually disappeared, and after the examination they said that everything was fine. Now I have been deregistered from oncology. Also, Wobenzym treated my reproductive system. Settled my bowels. For a long time I was not tormented by constipation. I was prescribed Wobenzym tablets in the fourth month of pregnancy, when severe swelling appeared, during which it was even difficult to walk. Despite the recommendations of the gynecologist, some doubt arose whether it was worth taking these pills, since there were contraindications.

As a result, I took the course and the effect was really positive, not only did the swelling go away, but the blood pressure also decreased. As far as I understand, they invented it. As the doctor explained to me, this is not really a medicine, but rather some kind of substance that allows you to enhance the effect of other drugs, and it is prescribed together with other - main - medications.

Even at that time it was quite expensive, but it really seemed to me that there were benefits from it. Although the child was taking other medications and undergoing physical therapy, I think this drug helped. Wobenzym was prescribed to me by a gynecologist, who warned me that sometimes when taking it, people prone to weight gain may experience weight gain. She prescribed it to me for three months. I am a person who sometimes reacts differently to this or that drug than many do, and I actually gained weight from this drug.

And that’s why they prescribed it to me, adnexitis went away from taking it. Wobenzym is a complex of highly active proteolytic protein-cleaving enzymes of natural origin with pronounced pharmacological activity.

Composing a carefully thought-out combination, Wobenzym enzymes have a multidirectional effect on various organs, tissues and the biochemical processes occurring in them. The systemic effect of the drug consists of immunomodulatory, antiplatelet, platelet adhesion inhibition, fibrinolytic cleavage of the main structure-forming component of the blood clot - fibrin, anti-edematous and secondary analgesic effect. In this regard, Wobenzym is used in almost all areas of medicine, including angiology, gastroenterology, gynecology, dermatology, cardiology, neurology, oncology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, pulmonology, rheumatology, dentistry, traumatology, urology, surgery, endocrinology.

An important feature of Wobenzyme enzymes is their ability to circulate freely in blood vessels, allowing them to penetrate various organs and tissues, which plays an important role in the treatment of systemic inflammatory diseases. The plant and animal components of the drug feel great together, interacting fruitfully and complementing each other’s effect. When it enters the body, the tablet form of Wobenzym without incident read: without damaging the integrity of its contents in the aggressive environment of the stomach, it enters the intestine, where the tablet shell dissolves and enzymes penetrate through the intestinal wall.

Some of them bind to blood transport proteins antiproteases, as a result of which they are activated and acquire the ability to control the level of cytokines; these are peculiar mediators of intercellular interaction, growth factors and hormones.

Thus, enzymes can indirectly change the direction of the immune response from inflammatory to anti-inflammatory. Under the influence of Wobenzym, the pathological cascade of inflammation is interrupted, which prevents the chronicity of the inflammatory process. Consequently, Wobenzym indirectly regulates recovery processes, connective tissue growth and scar formation processes. Some proteolytic enzymes remain in the gastrointestinal tract and take part in digestive processes, improve the digestion of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, and contribute to the establishment of normal intestinal microflora.

Wobenzym reduces the level of thromboxane, a mediator of platelet aggregation, prevents the sedimentation of blood cells on the endothelium, increases the ability of red blood cells to change their shape, improves their plasticity, which ensures more efficient transport of oxygen to tissues. The drug puts the blood anticoagulation system on alert, reduces the concentration of active platelets, optimizes the rheological properties of blood, helps improve lymph flow, and has a beneficial effect on metabolism.

When taking the drug, side effects from taking certain medications, including hormonal and antibacterial agents, become less pronounced. The only drawback of Wobenzym, sad to say, is its high price...

Combined drug. It is a combination of highly active enzymes of plant and animal origin. It has immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, fibrinolytic, decongestant, antiplatelet and secondary analgesic effects.

Wobenzym has a positive effect on the course of the inflammatory process, limits the pathological manifestations of autoimmune and immunocomplex processes, and has a positive effect on the body’s immunological reactivity. Stimulates and regulates the functional activity of monocytes-macrophages, natural killer cells, stimulates antitumor immunity, cytotoxic T-lymphocytes, phagocytic activity of cells. Under the influence of Wobenzym, the number of circulating immune complexes decreases and membrane deposits of immune complexes are removed from tissues.

Wobenzym reduces the infiltration of the interstitium by plasma cells. Increases the elimination of protein detritus and fibrin deposits in the area of inflammation, accelerates the lysis of toxic metabolic products and dying tissues, improves the resorption of hematomas and edema, and normalizes the permeability of vascular walls. Wobenzym reduces the concentration of thromboxane and platelet aggregation.

Regulates the adhesion of blood cells, increases the ability of red blood cells to change their shape, regulating their plasticity, normalizes the number of normal platelet discocytes and reduces the total number of activated forms of platelets, normalizes blood viscosity, reduces the total number of microaggregates, thus improving microcirculation and rheological properties of blood, as well as blood supply tissues with oxygen and nutrients.

Wobenzym normalizes lipid metabolism, reduces the synthesis of endogenous cholesterol, increases HDL content, reduces the level of atherogenic lipids, and improves the absorption of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Wobenzym increases the effectiveness of antibiotic therapy, increasing the concentration of antibiotics in the blood plasma and the site of inflammation, and also reduces the side effects of antibiotics, dysbacteriosis.

Wobenzym reduces the severity of side effects associated with taking hormonal drugs, including Wobenzym, which regulates nonspecific defense mechanisms and the production of interferons, thereby exhibiting antiviral and antimicrobial effects. Enteric-coated tablets are red-orange in color, round, biconvex, with a smooth surface, with a characteristic odor; Variations in the color intensity of the outer shell from red-orange to red are allowed.

Excipients: lactose, corn starch, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, purified water, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, sucrose. Shell composition: sucrose, talc, copolymer of methacrylic acid and methyl methacrylate, shellac, titanium dioxide, white clay, yellow-orange dye E, crimson dye 4R E, povidone, macrogol, triethyl citrate, vanillin, bleached wax, carnauba wax.

Adults, depending on the activity and severity of the disease, are prescribed a dose of 3 to 10 tablets. In the first 3 days of taking the drug, the recommended dose is 3 tablets. With moderate disease activity, the drug is prescribed in a dose of tablets. In the future, the dose of the drug should be reduced to one tablet. Course - 2 weeks. If the disease activity is high, the drug is prescribed in a dose of tablets. In the future, the dose should be reduced to 5 tablets.

Course - months For chronic long-term diseases, Wobenzym can be used according to indications in courses of 3 to 6 months or more. In order to increase the effectiveness of antibiotics and prevent dysbacteriosis, Wobenzym should be used throughout the entire course of antibiotic therapy at a dose of 5 tablets. After stopping the course of antibiotic therapy to restore the intestinal microflora, Wobenzym should be prescribed 3 tablets. During radiation and chemotherapy, Wobenzym should be used in a dose of 5 tablets.

For preventive purposes, Wobenzym is prescribed 3 tablets. Children over the age of 1 are prescribed a daily dose of 1 tablet.
