It is important to understand that the extra pounds have been accumulating for months or years, and in order to get rid of them you will have to work on yourself, change your lifestyle and diet. Advertising companies offering to lose pounds in the shortest possible time are not justified. People who try to use dietary supplements or adhere to any diets still return to their previous state - rarely does anyone manage to lose weight in this way.

Obviously, for successful weight loss without further weight gain, a change in the nutritional system and psychological attitude towards food is required. Simply put, you need proper nutrition and regular exercise, walking, and dancing. Many people who adhere to a healthy nutrition system are slowly changing their attitude towards eating food, choosing the quality of food and increasing activity.

Some people attribute the formation of excess weight to a malfunction of organs or body systems. In fact, this occurs in a minimal percentage of people. Of course, getting rid of excess weight in a sick person should begin with treating the disease, and then restoring normal body weight under the supervision of a qualified specialist.

If you want to get results and keep them, don't approach marathons as a way to make money or to lose weight quickly. Your goal is to gain a new life, eliminate mistakes and not repeat them. After all, most often people manage to lose weight, but as soon as the marathon ends, they return to large portions and frequent consumption of sweets.

In weight loss marathons, no one will hold your hand or accompany you throughout your life. Some people who are losing weight become disappointed in them for this reason. But if you think about it, the main thing in the matter of losing weight is personal desire. In marathons, you need to ask as many questions as possible, copy useful links, keep a photo food diary, learn about special applications for your phone, get acquainted with useful information, be inspired by other people’s experiences, and get training.
