This is evidenced by the history of the origin of Tibetan hormonal gymnastics.

- Remember that any gymnastics, physical exercise, and even banal exercises have contraindications. Tibetan hormonal gymnastics is no exception. Tibetan hormonal gymnastics by Nelya Shishatskaya: description
With the help of Tibetan hormonal gymnastics, a person wakes up quickly, without pain and fatigue. The miraculous 5-minute method of oriental gymnastics was described above. According to the method of Nelya Shishatskaya, gymnastics will be more expanded and effective. All exercises are performed a certain number of times, with precise order, one after another.
- The impact occurs at the points of the glands - from top to bottom: the pineal gland, the pituitary gland in the head, the thyroid and parathyroid glands in the neck.
- The thymus gland is located in the chest. The pancreas is in the upper abdomen, the adrenal glands are on the back. The female and male sex glands (ovaries and testicles) are in the lower abdomen, and the coccyx (kundalini - “sleeping snake”) is behind, but also below.
- The skin is the largest human organ and gland. With the help of special exercises, we influence it with rubbing movements, as well as the internal organs and glands.
Description of Tibetan hormonal gymnastics by Nelya Shishatskaya:
- Rub your palms , place them on your eyes and press on your eyes 30 times.
- Rub your palms again and apply to your ears . Press 30 times.
- Massage the tragus of the ear . Pull your earlobes back, release them - do this several times.
- With fingers folded into a fist, massage along the chin - 30 times.
- your index finger up and down your nose 30 times.
- Place your right palm on your forehead , and the palm of your left hand on top of your right hand. Massage the frontal part of the head 30 times.
- Roll up a towel or sew a soft roll. Place it under your back and lie with your spine on the cushion so that your head touches it, but does not lie on it. Join your hands and place them on the floor above your head. Raise your arms up and lower them to the floor, as if opening your chest. Do the movement 30 times.
- Hands in the same position . Slide your hands along the floor, leaning to the sides - 30 times.
- Place your hands on your throat : the right one lies on the thyroid gland, and the left one moves along the body to the navel - 30 times.
- Remove the roller. Your back should be on the floor. Place both hands vertically, as if at the navel. Feel the pulsation and count 30 times.
- Right hand on the navel , left hand on top. Rotate your hands around your navel 30 times.
- Place your hands in the area under the right rib , press slightly and feel the internal organs.
- Do the same in the upper abdomen , listening to your sensations.
- On the left side, do the same as in the previous two exercises.
- Knead down to the hip bones on the right and left, reaching the pubis and in the center up the abdomen. Movements should be smooth and painless.
- Repeat the last exercise again.
- Rub the area in the lower abdomen with the sides of your palms - 30 times.
- Cross your legs at the feet and lift them up. Swing your legs from side to side 30 times.
- Straighten your legs , stretch your arms up and squeeze your fingers and toes at the same time - 50 times.
- Raise your legs up. If it is difficult to hold your legs, place a bolster under your buttocks. Rotate your palms and feet first clockwise, then in the opposite direction - 10 times.
- Stay in the starting position and now do light vibration with your body, arms and legs - 2 minutes. This exercise for capillaries will help keep your blood vessels toned.
- Then massage the feet and the legs themselves from bottom to top - 30 times.
These basic exercises will help start the work of all glands in the body. See the video for more details.
7 vortex theory
According to Tibetan teachings, there are 7 vortexes in the human body, each of which controls the area entrusted to it. Two of them (A and B) are located on the head - in the frontal part and on the back of the head. One (C) is in the area of the thyroid gland. Vortex D settled in the area of the diaphragm. A little lower, in the genital area, there is a vortex E. Two more (F, G) are on each of the knees. Vital energy flows through these vortexes, like through vessels. It is concentrated in 12 points, which a person acts on when performing Tibetan gymnastics. In youth, these vortices move rapidly, filling the body with energy and the desire to live. Gradually, under the influence of stress and chronic nervous tension, their current slows down, which leads to constant fatigue and apathy. The body becomes lethargic and inert. But with the help of the “Eye of Revival” you can speed up energy metabolism and thereby prolong your youth.
Tibetan hormonal gymnastics by Alena Berdnik: description
Alena Berdnik is a famous psychologist. She tells how to do oriental gymnastics correctly, but without visually demonstrating each exercise. If you don’t like to repeat after someone, but just want to listen to how this or that exercise is performed, and then do everything your own way, then Tibetan hormonal gymnastics from Alena Berdnik is perfect for you. A description of each position is in the video:
Hormonal gymnastics for women's pelvic organs
The health of the genitourinary system of women directly depends on the tone of the muscles of the perineum. With age and poor lifestyle (little movement, excess weight), muscles become weak, and this provokes the development of various inflammations.
Hormonal gymnastics for women’s pelvic organs will help restore tone to the muscles that protect the female organs from germs and inflammation. Try to do these exercises daily.
Starting position (hereinafter IP) - sit on the floor, stretch and spread your legs. Place your hands behind you. Now do these exercises:
Hormonal gymnastics for the female pelvic organs - exercises
Hormonal gymnastics for the female pelvic organs - continued
Hormonal gymnastics for the female pelvic organs - last part
The pace of each exercise is average, except for those positions where it is indicated that the pace should be slow and breathing should be even. In addition to this exercise, try to walk a lot in the fresh air. This will help restore metabolism, get rid of excess weight and restore blood circulation in the pelvic organs.
Gymnastics on the floor
After these exercises, the body will fully wake up. It will be possible to move on to gymnastics on the floor.
You need to lie straight, raise your legs and arms up perpendicular to the floor. And start movements like shaking. This will improve blood circulation. You need to count to thirty and lower your arms and legs to the floor.
Then you should rest and normalize your breathing. After this, you need to sit on the floor and start massaging your feet. If desired, you can use foot cream. Particular attention should be paid to the center of the foot. This exercise must be done for thirty seconds.

Healing properties of Tibetan practice
In explaining the phenomenon of Tibetan gymnastics, one must turn to esotericism - psychospiritual practices that are reflected in the “Eye of Renaissance” gymnastics. Modern hormonal gymnastics dates back to the ancient teachings of Tibetan monks. It is believed that the human body is permeated by invisible vortices through which energy flows, like blood running through arteries. It forms 12 vital points, the impact of which revitalizes the body.
At a young age, vortices move very quickly, extend beyond the body and interact with the environment. Due to stress, overwork, and constant fatigue, energy flows slow down, leading the body to a state of lethargy.
Gymnastics is aimed at cleansing “energy channels” by stimulating the endocrine system. Many people have experienced the technique of Tibetan monks and agreed with its effectiveness - this can be seen in the example of Olga Orlova and those who improved their health with the help of the “Eye of Renaissance” training.
During gymnastics, the work of the whole body is normalized, which provokes a lot of healing processes:
- Recreating the correct hormonal levels;
- Internal rejuvenation of the body, slowing down the aging process;
- Warm up muscles, improve flexibility, posture and lose weight;
- Getting rid of cellulite;
- Tightening effect for facial skin and weight loss in problem areas;
- Treatment of chronic diseases during long periods of exercise;
- Strengthening blood vessels;
- Correct functioning of all systems;
- Improving vision and hearing;
- Getting rid of headaches;
- A surge of strength and energy;
- A positive mood, a boost of energy for the day and good health.
Does Tibetan hormonal gymnastics help with snoring?
Eastern gymnastics helps strengthen the heart and blood vessels, normalize metabolic processes, and rejuvenate the body. Thanks to the special exercises that the monks performed every day, they lived long and were healthy, with good eyesight, hearing and memory until the end of their lives. But does Tibetan hormonal gymnastics help with snoring?
- Many modern people ask this question.
- Eastern gymnastics helps relieve tension and helps get rid of diseases of the respiratory system.
- If snoring occurs as a result of impaired breathing during sleep, or due to poor blood circulation in the nasal sinuses (deviated septum, etc.), then Tibetan gymnastics helps restore blood circulation, relax muscles and improve the functioning of the respiratory system.
Accordingly, with its help you can get rid of snoring.
Rules for performing exercises

Tibetan hormonal gymnastics for oncology
Eastern gymnastics has a beneficial effect on the entire body. Cell nutrition, lymph outflow improves, internal organs begin to work without interruption. But is Tibetan hormonal gymnastics used for oncology?
It is better to ask your doctor this question. After all, only he knows about the problems and malfunctions in the body, and will be able to answer. It all depends on which organ has the disease and at what stage.
Who especially needs to pay attention to Tibetan yoga?
- People with atherosclerosis and diabetes can improve their condition thanks to this technique. This is explained by the fact that the cause of the diagnosis was a violation of the secretion of the endocrine system, and therefore Tibetan hormonal gymnastics, which can be performed on the floor or in bed, will serve as an excellent treatment and prevention.
- Patients with obesity, hypothyroidism and other thyroid disorders spend a lot of money on medications and expensive exercise courses to lose weight, but this is not at all necessary. Tibetan hormonal gymnastics in bed is a simple, quick and effective remedy for health problems, and the exercises themselves can be easily repeated by watching videos on the Internet.
- Women of any age, as well as those suffering from vegetative-vascular dystonia. Beautiful ladies most often experience hormonal imbalances due to menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and they are also more often susceptible to weather dependence and problems with the vessels of the fundus and head. Therefore, as a treatment and prevention, adolescents and women can and should experience the results of Tibetan yoga.

Tibetan hormonal gymnastics: results, reviews
To achieve good results after performing Tibetan hormonal gymnastics, you need to wake up at dawn and start doing exercises after rubbing your palms. Thanks to this action, the energy is concentrated in the palms and then transferred to the energy channels that you work with during the exercise.
Read about the results of oriental gymnastics in the reviews of people who practice this method:
Irina, 26 years old
I have had bronchial asthma since childhood. I accidentally heard about Tibetan hormonal gymnastics from a former classmate. She had been doing it for several years. I was surprised when I saw her - a positive, beautiful, slim and fit girl. At school she was overweight and always in a bad mood. I have been doing this gymnastics for two years now. Completely got rid of bronchial asthma. The disease began to go away after a year of training. At first it was hard, I wanted to quit, but I always remembered my classmate and understood that only patience would help achieve real results. Thanks to the monks who revealed the secret of health.
Anna Nikolaevna, 50 years old
I started doing Tibetan gymnastics exercises two months ago. During the first two weeks, symptoms of chronic diseases appeared (kidney and throat problems). But I knew that I couldn’t stop doing exercises, no matter how hard it was. Gradually, the symptoms of the disease began to subside. The condition was improving. I felt my body rejuvenating and a feeling of vigor emerging. In addition, memory and vision were restored. I am very glad that I found such exercises. Now it is with this gymnastics that my morning begins.
Yulia, 32 years old
Despite the fact that I am still young, problems with women’s health began a long time ago. After giving birth, disruptions began in the hormonal system, and inflammation of the ovaries constantly occurred. I had to take strong antibiotics and get injections. I got tired of all this and started looking for medical literature to help myself improve my health. In one bookstore, a saleswoman offered me a book describing Tibetan gymnastics. I bought it out of interest. But then I realized that this book was my salvation. I started doing the exercises the next day. Ten days later, my lower abdomen began to hurt, a slight weakness appeared, and my temperature even rose to 37.2 degrees twice. But I continued to do the exercises, and after a week all the symptoms went away. If you want to be healthy, do Tibetan hormonal gymnastics!
Peculiarities
Obtaining the expected result is based on three main postulates:
- Regular and systematic exercise.
- Correct breathing technique.
- A certain number of repetitions of each exercise.
If at least one of the conditions is violated, then you should not expect a stunning effect. The key feature of this complex, like many other eastern techniques, is the need for persistent and constant performance of monotonous movements for a long time. This requires a certain amount of patience and perseverance. You will have to try to make the need to exercise your daily duty, regardless of how busy you are, how tired you are, or how you feel.
Another important condition for getting rid of extra pounds using this technique is maintaining a proper diet. Preference is given to a balanced and moderate diet based on cereals, vegetables and fruits. You shouldn’t strictly limit yourself in food, but you will still have to adjust your daily menu in order to lose weight.
By correctly organizing the process of doing the exercises and adjusting your lifestyle accordingly, you will notice the first result after 2-3 weeks of hard training.
