How to lose weight at sea: exercises

- Scissors. To perform this exercise in water, you need to sit in the sea up to your waist. Place your hands on the bottom and do cross exercises with your legs. It will be absolutely easy for you to float on the water, because the force of resistance will push your body to the surface. You need to repeat this exercise fifteen/twenty times.
By repeating these simple exercises every morning, when you arrive home, you will notice that your buttocks have become more elastic, your legs and tummy no longer tremble with aspic with every movement.
