If there are a lot of people, then it is inconvenient to do this; the exercise equipment can be busy all the time. Then we just do, for example, the first exercise with a rest interval of 1 minute - 1 minute 20 seconds, we go through all 3-4 circles, rest for two minutes and move on to the next exercise,” Denis clarifies. The program includes three types of exercises - with free weights (dumbbells, barbells), in the Smith machine, in lever, block, Hummer - exercise machines.

First, you need to do a warm-up approach with the initial weight, and only then with the working weight. Often people do not know what weight to take for work.
