  4. Next, pour the washed buckwheat into the baking bag. A little salt, literally a pinch. Lay out the chicken pieces.
  5. Pour the remaining marinade and cold water into the bag. Seal the sleeve and pierce the bag with a toothpick to release steam.
  6. Place the baking sleeve on a baking sheet. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45–50 minutes.

Personally, I really like cooking chicken this way. It seems like the most familiar and accessible ingredients, but what appears on the table is a very original (and for some, even unexpected), simple and satisfying second course. And what can I say: a ruddy chicken baked whole in the oven always looks especially festive!

I suggest using buckwheat as a filling. By the way, buckwheat porridge in water itself turns out to be lean, but very tasty. And all because we cooked it with vegetables - you can even serve it as an independent dish. The recipe uses a multicooker (I have a Scarlett SC-411, with a power of 700 W and a bowl capacity), but the aromatic filling can easily be prepared on the stove in a saucepan.

Basic Rules

  1. You can stick to a diet on buckwheat and breasts for seven to 14 days. It all depends on the number of kilograms you need to lose. The principle of using these products is quite simple. You can eat an unlimited amount of buckwheat porridge and 2-3 skinless breasts per day.
  2. You can also consume up to 1 liter of low-fat kefir per day.
  3. It is not recommended to cook the porridge; it is best to steam it or pour kefir over it and leave to infuse.
  4. It is important to eat most of the buckwheat porridge in the first half of the day, and in the evening have dinner exclusively with breasts and wash down with kefir.
  5. You should drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day.
  6. After 2 weeks, it is recommended to drink a multivitamin complex for the same amount of time.

Their total amount should be no more than 1200 Kcal per day. It is recommended to boil or steam boiled breasts. You can make a salad from vegetables, and use fruits to make unsweetened compote or fruit juice. In 7 days of this diet you can lose up to 5 kg of excess weight.

If you have decided to get rid of more kilograms, then one week will not be enough. In this case, you must adhere to this diet for 14 days. This will allow you to get rid of a total of 8-10 kilograms of unwanted weight.
