Please note that the recipe itself states that the spices are added directly to the chicken. However, you can initially mix all the bulk products for a more even distribution, then add mayonnaise and mix again, and coat the legs with the resulting mixture.

You will need:

  • chicken legs – 1.7 kg;
  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • dried paprika – 2 tbsp. l. ;
  • salt – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • pepper to taste.

Cooking stages.

First of all, wash the legs in ice water and dry with napkins or special towels. Place in a deep bowl.

Free the garlic from the husk. Press through a garlic press directly onto the chicken.

  • Italian herbs – 1 tsp;
  • paprika – 1 tsp;
  • sea ​​salt to taste;

Cooking stages.

Rinse the legs with cold water. Dry with napkins or paper towels.

Mix all dry ingredients in a deep bowl. Add olive oil and mix everything again.

Coat each leg with the resulting marinade on all sides - it is most convenient to do this with a special brush. Leave to sit for about an hour.

  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • unsweetened yogurt – 0.5 l.;
  • celery root – 50 gr.;
  • curry – 1 tsp;
  • basil – 1 tsp;
  • Italian herbs – 1 tsp;
  • dried garlic – 0.5 tsp;
  • ginger – 0.5 tsp;
  • salt to taste;
  • ground black pepper to taste.
