How to cook “Homemade chicken sausages”
- Prepare ingredients for sausages. Wash the meat thoroughly. Let's get started!
- Cut the meat into pieces and pass through a meat grinder or chopper. In the process, add a piece of butter and continue stirring the meat.
- Add raw egg, paprika, ground black pepper, ground coriander, salt, milk. Mix thoroughly.
- Place cling film on the table, add two tablespoons of minced meat and roll the film like candy.
- Try to roll the sausages tightly to remove as much air as possible, then the products will turn out smooth and beautiful. Tie the edges with thread.
- Pour cold water over the sausages and bring to a boil, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Fry the finished sausages in a teaspoon of butter or vegetable oil until nicely browned. Serve hot with your favorite sauces!

Perhaps the simplest thing you can make from breast is dietary chicken with vegetables. Cut 600 g of boiled or grilled breast into strips. We will need:
· Fillet – 500 grams,
Champignons - one package (about 400 grams),
· Butter - 5 grams.
Cooking method:
- Take a glass or non-stick pan with a lid and grease it with a very thin layer of oil.
- Wash the chicken fillet, cut lengthwise as into chops - about a centimeter thick, beat with a hammer.
- Wash the mushrooms, cut into longitudinal pieces about 5-7 millimeters thick.
- Place chicken chops in the pan, lightly salt, place pieces of mushrooms on top, and add a little salt again.
- Bake in the oven for about an hour, covered, and serve for dinner. It turns out to be a very tasty dietary dish made from chicken breast.
ATTENTION: During the cooking process, the chicken and mushrooms will release a lot of juice, so there is no need to add water.
The dish turns out incredibly aromatic, and the juice dripping from the mushrooms will prevent the chicken from becoming dry. If you don't have a pan with a lid, cover it tightly with foil.

Ingredients
- 700 grams of chicken meat
- 3-4 onions
- 2 sweet peppers
- 3 tomatoes
- Medium carrot
- Spoon of vegetable oil

Cooking process
We wash the chicken meat and cut it into pieces.
Pour oil into the cauldron for stewing, heat it well, lay out the chicken pieces. Stir everything periodically until the chicken acquires a nice golden color. Reduce the heat, cover the cauldron with a lid and leave the chicken to simmer.
Peel the carrots and onions, finely chop the vegetables. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, cut into small squares.
We make a cross-shaped cut on the bottom of the tomato, then pour boiling water over it, remove the skin and finely chop the vegetable.
Add onions and carrots to the chicken meat, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add tomatoes, simmer for another 20-25 minutes.

- The dishes should be cooked in the second broth (the first one is drained after boiling);
- Of all the parts of the bird, fillet is considered the most useful and safe in terms of hormones and other harmful substances;
- chicken should be served with vegetables and herbs;
- it is necessary to remove the skin and fat layer;
- exit from the diet is gradual: the first 2 days - on beef, then - on pork, then - on lamb.
Useful tips
You can’t keep meat in a frying pan or in the oven for too long. It will dry out quickly and become rubbery and tasteless. Onions or lemon help maintain juiciness, and you can almost always use them on a diet.
If the recipe calls for poaching the chicken, the cooking time is reduced by several minutes. Pounded meat cooks faster and runs the risk of being dry, so it should be cooked in foil, in an airtight container, sleeved, or breaded. This will help keep the juice inside.

Your diet will taste better with broccoli and chicken cream soup. Boil 400 g of breasts with ½ onion in salted water and place them on a plate. Cut the potatoes into cubes, separate 300 g of broccoli into florets, and pour the vegetables into the broth. Saute the second half of the onion with grated carrots in oil and also add to the broth. Salt and pepper the soup to taste, puree the vegetables well. All that remains is to pour it into plates and garnish with slices of white meat.
Baked chicken breast
To diversify your diet, let's cook chicken in pots. This is a hassle-free and truly homemade dish that will fill the kitchen with warmth and a stunning aroma. Onions are not only low-calorie, but also a very healthy vegetable; the amount of useful vitamins and microelements in it is very high. Chicken in onion juice will turn out juicy, with an amazing smell and a specific, slightly sweet taste.
We will need:
- chicken breast - one kilogram
- Small bay leaves - according to the number of pots used
- Black peppercorns - according to the number of pots used
- Medium-sized bulbs - according to the number of pots
- Salt to taste
- The water is cold
- Cut the onions into four pieces.
- Wash the fillet and cut into large pieces.
- Place all the ingredients in the pots in the following order: two onion slices, pieces of meat, the remaining two pieces of onion.
- Add a little salt.
- Throw a small bay leaf and a peppercorn into each pot.
- Pour water into the pot so that it covers the meat.
- Cover the pots with a lid or foil.
ATTENTION! The pots should only be placed in a cold oven to prevent them from cracking.

As simple as it is, turkey in foil can be sophisticated. Marinate 2-3 breasts in a mixture of 5 tbsp. l. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. Mix 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, 1 tsp. basil, curry and coriander, rub the breasts well. Make cuts and insert garlic slices into them. Bake the meat in foil envelopes for half an hour at 180 °C. Then open them and cook the turkey for another 10 minutes. A salad of fresh vegetables will organically complement the dish.
Boiled chicken meat
This way you won't have to watch to make sure the dish doesn't burn. Preparation will take about ten minutes, and you will have an hour and a half of free time.
We will need:
- Fillet - one piece per serving
- small onion
- Little carrot
- Half a bell pepper (preferably red or orange)
- A few sprigs of dill or parsley
- A pinch of salt
- Place a liter pan of water on the stove.
- While it is boiling, wash all the products with cold water.
- Vegetables need to be peeled and cut into two or three parts.
- As soon as the water boils, put our products in a saucepan and add salt.
- Cover loosely with a lid and cook over low heat for an hour and a half.
The broth turns out very tasty; you can use it to cook noodle soup for other family members. The chicken will melt in your mouth and have a light vegetable flavor. If your diet allows it, you can drink a cup of broth and eat cooked vegetables.
