This way you won't have to watch to make sure the dish doesn't burn. Preparation will take about ten minutes, and you will have an hour and a half of free time.

We will need:

  • Fillet - one piece per serving
  • small onion
  • Little carrot
  • Half a bell pepper (preferably red or orange)
  • A few sprigs of dill or parsley
  • A pinch of salt
  1. Place a liter pan of water on the stove.
  2. While it is boiling, wash all the products with cold water.
