Then it’s worth replacing salted nuts, smoked fish and chips with light diet snacks for beer, which are recommended to be made with your own hands.

Is it possible to drink an intoxicating drink while on a diet?
It is a mistake to believe that beer leads to obesity due to its high calorie content. It has few calories, much less than wine or champagne, vodka or cognac. For example, light beer with 4.5 degrees of alcohol may contain 42 kcal per 100 grams. This is about the same amount as in orange juice or milk.
That's why there are even special diets based on beer. But these diets involve drinking beer and extremely limited amounts of food. However, including beer in the daily menu is not recommended for other diets. And that's why:
- Usually people drink it in large quantities with company, without noticing the amount they drink. And they eat fish, chips, and nuts. And they have a lot of calories.
- Beer slows down the fat burning process. Because the body devotes all its strength primarily to the disposal of alcohol. Fat cells remain untouched.
- The drink can lead to hormonal imbalance. It contains phytoestrogens that mimic female sex hormones. And these hormones promote fat deposition in certain places. Therefore, even men develop fatty deposits on the chest, tummy, thighs and buttocks that are uncharacteristic for the stronger sex.
