Today I want to talk about something that may very well work indirectly - apple cider vinegar. Why does this method seem quite plausible to me? Because the explanations of how it works look convincing and, what I think is very important, because there are no promises of instant results. This, so to speak, is not a method of losing weight, but one of the factors that allows you to achieve results. Well enough preamble, let's get down to business.

It is known that the legendary Queen Cleopatra, after heavy feasts, drank vinegar diluted with water. It was believed that thanks to this method, she maintained her figure. There is no reliable information about how effective this was.

Water with vinegar is still used for weight loss. The diet causes a lot of controversy. Experts say that vinegar affects blood sugar levels. It is acetic acid that destroys starch molecules. This process works if vinegar solutions accompany meals that contain large amounts of starch.

Which vinegar is better to drink?

Now there is a large selection of all kinds of bites available. A mandatory requirement for a weight loss product is that it must be natural.

The following vinegars are used for weight loss:

  • apple;
  • grape;
  • pomegranate;
  • wine;
  • balsamic.

The apple cider vinegar diet has become the most popular. Before starting, it is recommended to check whether you are allergic to vinegar. You can drop the product diluted with water onto the bend of your elbow. If redness and itching are observed, then this type of diet is not suitable.

When the tip is inserted, you should open the tap, through which the water itself will flow into the intestines under the influence of gravity. It is worth making sure that the liquid is poured into the intestines as slowly as possible. This is easy to do, just adjust the speed with the tap.

If not all of the water has poured out from the enema, but during the procedure you feel a sharp or burning pain, then turn off the tap and wait a while: you can relax your stomach, rub it with your hand in a counterclockwise direction. And when the discomfort passes, continue the procedure. Such symptoms most often indicate that the intestines are stretching very quickly. Note! If the pain does not disappear, then you should immediately stop cleansing the body, even if the full volume of water has not been released. In this case, the enema should be repeated again.

In what cases should you not give cleansing enemas?

Cleansing enemas using apple cider vinegar are contraindicated for people with acute, inflammatory and purulent processes in the anus (for example, bleeding hemorrhoids). Also, you should not resort to such procedures if you are worried about abdominal pain of unknown etiology (the so-called acute abdomen).
