Origin of the recipe
The good housewife always has a lot of canned food for the winter. But there will definitely be a jar of lecho. Its calorie content depends on what is included in the composition, which, in turn, is dictated by the recipe.

Is it possible to have pickled mushrooms on a diet? Is it possible to eat pickled mushrooms on a diet?
On a diet, pickled mushrooms can and should be eaten. The main thing is that they are carefully prepared and the marinade is of the correct composition.
It should be noted that there are a lot of pickling recipes, following which mushrooms are pre-fried - such a product cannot be consumed on a diet. Ideally, its preparation should consist of cleaning, scalding and boiling them - this is quite enough.
To ensure that pickled mushrooms do not cause a diet failure, the composition of the marinade should be as balanced as possible. So, it is advisable to avoid marinade with a lot of oil and all kinds of seasonings. The latter is due to the fact that the vast majority of seasonings, like salt, retain fluid in the body, which disrupts metabolism and significantly reduces the rate of weight loss. Mushrooms marinated with hot peppers can be eaten, but in small quantities, since pepper can become a pathogen of the mucous membranes and provoke unpleasant painful sensations.
On a diet, pickled mushrooms are best consumed as a component of a dish, rather than as a separate product, adding them to salads, side dishes, vegetable dressings and soups.
Is it possible to eat fried mushrooms on a diet?
Unfortunately, fried mushrooms, like any other fried foods, should be avoided. Mushrooms, saturated with proteins, absorb a large amount of oil during frying, which is why even a small portion of them nullifies all the efforts and goals of the diet. But this is no reason to despair. As an alternative to fried mushrooms, you can use this product cooked on the grill, grilled or baked in the oven. Since such cooking does not require the use of oil, and heat treatment is sufficient to clean the mushroom pores of possible toxins and harmful substances, baked mushrooms can be safely included in the diet.
It is noteworthy that currently there is a wide variety of recipes for preparing mushrooms in this way, so you can not give up your favorite dishes with this product even on a diet.
