1.7. All possible disputes regarding this Agreement and the relationship between the Pharmacy Chain and the User will be resolved in accordance with Russian law.
1.8. Recognizing any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not entail the invalidity or unenforceability of other provisions of the Agreement.
1.9. Inaction on the part of the Pharmacy Network in the event of a violation by the User of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Pharmacy Network of the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests later, and also does not mean that the Pharmacy Network waives its rights in the event of subsequent commission of similar or similar violations.
1.10. The Portal reserves the right to change this Agreement without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on this website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
1.11. The portal recommends that persons under 18 years of age refrain from accessing the services of the Site. The Portal does not intentionally collect information received from minors, including the latter’s personal data, and does not use or target the content of the Site to minors.
