Garcinia

Papaya powder

But traditional medicine uses parts of papaya as an anthelmintic, contraception, abortion, menstruation stimulant, and laxative for horses. Conclusion - papaya is unacceptable during pregnancy.

Capsicum

Manufacturers claim that with tablets based on capsicum (red, black, etc.) you will begin to lose weight by 2-3 kilograms per week. The analyzed ingredients are somewhere between 40-70 percent of what is put into diet pills from Thailand, depending on the name of the drug. Each of them has something in common: it has narrowly targeted contraindications and resistance to other drugs, and sometimes it is simply a deliberate deception. If concentrated, then Thai tablets are prohibited for:

• under 18 (better before 25) and after 60 (better after 45);
• pregnant and lactating women;
• with high cholesterol levels;
• with high blood pressure;
• with diabetes mellitus;
• with atherosclerosis, thrombophlebitis;
• with stones in the kidneys and gall bladder;
• with increased fatigue or overexcitability;
• weak blood vessels and heart and so on.

If you put everything together, then there are only a couple of million people in the world who can lose weight with Thai pills without consequences. The problem is that if you are already overweight with a BMI above 27-30, then there are probably contraindications, for example, plaques in blood vessels, blood pressure, impaired cardiovascular activity.

Plus, some manufacturers honestly admit that they slightly dilute the herbal composition of miracle capsules with pharmacological substances. And here a story from the early 2000s comes to the surface, when the Main Testing Center for Food Products (working at the Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences) conducted an examination of one Thai weight loss drug, the production of which was carried out by St. Carlos Hospital.
