The first one is simple and tough.
A very simple and tough version of a grapefruit day. Ineffective compared to others. It assumes an absolutely healthy stomach and intestines for someone who has decided on a fasting day.
Why? Because this option prescribes the consumption of only grapefruits in your diet and that’s it. You need to consume only 1.5 kilograms of this fruit per day. Drink no more than a liter of water (purified or non-carbonated mineral water). The result is expected to be a loss of five hundred grams of weight.
The second - on grapefruit and chicken breast
A fasting day on grapefruit is a menu that is not as meager as in the first option. A little more preparation will be required. Take the chicken breast and boil it, remove the fat, skin and bones. No salt, no spices. Along with the breast, we buy three large grapefruits.
