  • a couple of spoons of sour cream;
  • parsley;
  • salt pepper;
  • White wine.

All components are stewed in a frying pan until cooked.

Recipe for cooking lentil porridge in a slow cooker

The recipe for making porridge is very simple, you will need the following ingredients: half a liter of water;

  • 300 grams of cereal (red type);
  • carrot;
  • medium bulb;
  • 4 tablespoons of homemade adjika.
  • Garlic, salt, herbs and other spices are added to taste.

Cooking principle:

  • The onion is cut into neat cubes, and the carrots are cut into small strips.
  • The baking mode is selected on the dial and the time is set to 20 minutes.
  • The vegetables are fried for ten minutes, then add the garlic. The multicooker is closed until it is completely ready and the program is turned off.

Different colors of grains will tell you which product to give preference to. Lentils are:

  • Green . It takes longer to cook than other varieties, but retains its shape and structure during the process.
