How to lose 35 kg and remove 30 cm from your waist in 4.5 months?

diet fluff
Losing weight up to 35 kg in 3 months. The average daily calorie content is 920 Kcal.

To be as light as a feather is the cherished dream of most representatives of the fairer sex. And many men are not at all averse to getting rid of extra pounds. Internet resources describe many methods that promise to achieve the coveted slimness. These include the diet with the promising name Pushinka. It is based on the story of Irina, an ordinary woman who was able to get rid of 35 kg of excess weight in just 3 months, following the rules of her own methodology. The woman could not use other methods of improving her form due to allergic reactions to a number of food products. This prompted her to create Pushinka.

Pushinka diet requirements

The main food component on the Pushinka diet is pearl barley. During the day, you are allowed to consume only 100 g of pearl barley (weight is calculated in dry form). In order to retain more nutrients in the cereal and for more effective weight loss, it is recommended not to cook barley in the usual way, but in the evening, pour water over the cereal and then only reheat it.

During the diet period, the developer of the method advises to completely exclude salt from the diet. She also advises giving up drinking coffee and tea, even without sugar, or allowing yourself to drink them extremely rarely. All soda is also prohibited. Plain water should be drunk in sufficient quantities so as not to provoke dehydration of the body and for a more effective weight loss process, which water, as we know, perfectly promotes.

You are also allowed to eat low-fat fish (cook without adding oil), fresh white cabbage, low-fat or low-fat kefir. It is very advisable to start taking a vitamin-mineral complex during the diet, since this diet is stressful for the body and can cause a lack of nutrients.

According to Irina herself, she followed a diet on a strict schedule for exactly 48 days. On the remaining days (out of three months), she allowed herself to deviate from the diet and eat other products, which she calls breakdowns.

Result

In the third month I lost 12 kilograms! But I began to get very tired from training while on a diet, so I had to return to my normal diet. And sitting on the Kremlin for a long time, even a modified one, is harmful to health. When I started weighing 64 kg, my husband finally (!) noticed changes in my figure. I could have stopped here, but my obsession was to regain my youthful slimness.

From my diet I excluded fast food, sweets (only bitter chocolate and then very rarely), sweet tea, soda, chips, etc. garbage food. I began to lean on fish, salads, fruits, and cereals. I trained as before under the guidance of a fitness trainer.

Pushinka diet menu

Breakfast: a serving of pearl barley porridge and a glass of low-fat or low-fat kefir (or season cereal with kefir). Snack: a portion of pearl barley. Lunch: pearl barley plus boiled or baked lean fish (it is not recommended to eat more than 80-100 g at a time). Afternoon snack: a serving of pearl barley accompanied by a white cabbage salad. Dinner: pearl barley porridge.

According to the method of the author of the diet, such a menu is carried out alternating it with the usual and usual diet, i.e. Alternately there is a day of diet menu and a day of your usual and usual diet.

How to get out of a diet

The hard-won result can easily be lost if, after finishing the diet, you suddenly rush into all serious things. Exit from a limited diet should be smooth and last at least a number of days. It is recommended to include one prohibited product in the menu per day. You should start with vegetables or fruits, then return bread, cereals, and meat dishes to your diet. You need to add salt to foods little by little: no more than 2-3 pinches per day.

It is advisable to maintain a fractional regimen, eat food in portions of no more than 250 g. Pearl barley porridge can be left in the diet, breakfasts and lunches can be varied with millet, rice, oatmeal or buckwheat.

It is advisable to leave smoked snacks, fatty meats, margarine, mayonnaise, sausages, confectionery products, carbonated drinks and semi-finished products on the excluded list forever.

Advantages of the Pushinka diet

  1. The main advantage of the weight loss method called Pushinka is its effectiveness. It really works, and this is largely due to the lack of salt in it and a noticeable reduction in calorie content.
  2. If you compare Pushinka with other extreme diets, this method is still quite loyal. If you don’t overdo the restrictions, you probably won’t have to lose consciousness from weakness and exhaustion.
  3. Speaking about the advantages of the diet, it is appropriate to pay attention to the beneficial properties of the products included in it. Pearl barley, which is actively involved in the diet, not only has an excellent effect on the weight loss process itself, but also promotes accelerated collagen production. It, in turn, helps the skin stay tight. And when weight loss occurs rapidly, especially by a noticeable amount of kilograms, this is very important.
  4. Vitamins and amino acids, of which there are a great many in pearl barley, help to effectively cleanse the body, getting rid of harmful accumulations, and allow the gastrointestinal tract to function properly.
  5. Kefir also has a positive effect on the stomach, which helps restore microflora.
  6. Fish supplies the body with vital amino acids that it simply cannot produce on its own. Also, fish containing animal proteins helps to prevent the feeling of hunger from quickly coming to people who are losing weight.
  7. In addition, the function of protein is that it helps nourish muscles, preventing them from disappearing along with the leaving fat.
  8. And white cabbage, which complements the diet, also contains a huge amount of vitamins and nutrients. By consuming it, you minimize the likelihood of vitamin deficiency and other health problems.

Workout

Then I decided to add some hassle to my life and hinted to my husband that I would like to join the gym. He received my idea with enthusiasm and literally the next day I had a subscription to the fitness center on my desk. Which, by the way, was a 10-minute walk from my house, but I didn’t even know about it.

The trainer examined my figure with a critical eye and put together a training program and a new diet for me. Kremlevskaya remained the basis, but fresh fruits and vegetables were added to the diet. Counting points is stupid, as the coach said, the main thing is not to overeat and get up from the table with a slight feeling of hunger.

For the first week, all my muscles ached terribly from terrible sore throat. The second one too, but not so much. Since the weight began to melt away again, I did not stop exercising and by the end of the third week the muscle pain had disappeared. In the second month of the “training + diet” combination, I managed to lose 4 kg. In the third month, the trainer increased my load, I stopped eating after 20 and my weight loss began more rapidly. I hung a photo of a slim J.Lo in her youth on the refrigerator (we have the same body type) and this added even more motivation to me.

Disadvantages of the Pushinka diet

As experts note, unfortunately, fluffy weight loss has more disadvantages than factors speaking in its favor.

  1. This diet is characterized by a rather meager and monotonous diet. It is unlikely that many will be able to last long on the proposed menu, especially if they don’t really like any of the food products involved.
  2. Of concern to many nutrition professionals and doctors is the fact that it is recommended to eliminate salt. Such a long period of eating without this supplement can significantly disrupt the body’s condition and provoke serious problems.
  3. It would be more correct to introduce salt into the diet from time to time. Just don't feed it all the food and do it not during cooking, but while eating food.
  4. Let us also note the fact that this technique is stressful for the body. If you have any chronic diseases, there is a possibility of their exacerbation. And in other ways, the technique can affect health by weakening the immune system.
  5. Compared to many other diets, Pushinka is more or less balanced, but for a shorter duration. Doctors do not advise following such a diet in its pure form for more than 7-10 days. The author of the system herself noted that her most significant weight loss occurred during this period.
  6. If you want to lose more weight, it is better to return to this diet later if you like it. It is certainly not worth following such a diet for a very long time, much less constantly! During the specified period, it is quite possible to lose 5-7 kilograms of excess weight, and if you are noticeably overweight, even more. Despite the fact that Irina’s willpower undoubtedly commands respect, doctors do not advise losing weight at such a rapid pace as she did.
  7. Also, one of the disadvantages of Pushinka is that if, at the end of the diet, you do not strictly control your diet, then the excess weight that has gone away with such effort can again say hello to you, which is completely unhappy for you.

Our reader lost 35 kg in 2 months

Our readers are not only inquisitive people, but also active ones. At the request of the editors, they send us their options for losing weight, share news, talk about who has been helped to lose weight and who has not.

I began a correspondence with some of them, selected passages from which I want to share with you. And, of course, I am preparing for publication materials about those who have achieved the greatest success.

At the end of May, a very large and serious man named Dmitry wrote to me. He is 34 years old and lives in Almaty. He is engaged in the tourism business and, together with his wife, runs a small travel agency. He suggested that our star participant Alexander Semchev try the diet that he himself uses. And he wrote about his first results - minus 15 kilograms in a month (weight was 180).

Of course, I became interested in this diet and asked to tell you more about it. By the way, I also shared information with Semchev. It turned out that our reader is losing weight for a reason, but under the supervision of a professional nutritionist Audrius Jozenas and uses a diet specially prepared for him. After some time, he sent me a weekly nutrition plan and basic requirements for following the diet, mentioning that the creator of this diet is Dr. Khazan, who works in Latvia, whose student, in fact, is his doctor.

And then I remembered that twenty years ago I heard about a miracle doctor from the small town of Liepaja, who helped almost everyone lose weight. They paid (this was in Soviet times) three or four rubles per kilogram of weight lost and lost as much weight as necessary. The only condition: strict, strict adherence to all the rules and instructions of the doctor. But in those days, the doctor from Latvia, which was separating from the USSR, somehow did not interest me.

Before the diet, Dmitry weighed 180 kilograms

Information on the Internet about the activities of this nutritionist was fragmentary and contradictory. I had to use old connections and call a friend who played in the Metalurgs hockey team (Liepāja). It was he who enlightened me about what Lev Yakovlevich Khazan is doing today, which probably all residents of the small town of Liepaja know about. It turns out that the doctor moved to Riga a long time ago, and is the most fashionable and advanced nutritionist in Latvia, whose services are used by the entire Riga elite: politicians, businessmen, show business figures.

In the Riga salon “Beauty Embassy” on Lacplesa Street, Hazan has his own office, in which he conducts daily consultations, which cost from $20 and more. Then, as my friend said, it is determined how many kilograms the client needs to remove. Each kilogram is about 10 dollars. And the work begins, designed for a period of 3 to 6 months, during which these kilograms are lost. Moreover, if the regime is followed, the doctor gives a full guarantee.

But no predictions are made regarding whether the lost weight will return or not. Recommendations are given, and citizens who have lost a lot of weight go on a free swim. And everything depends only on them.

Dmitry is very serious: he wants to lose exactly 100 kilograms

On the website kp.ru you can get acquainted with the layout of dietary dishes that Dmitry sent me, by the way, from April 22 to July 5, he lost 35 kilograms, as evidenced by his “before” and “after” photographs. I will introduce readers to the basic rules of the “Liepaja diet”.

1.Never, under any circumstances, violate your meal schedule

1. 2. Meals - 3 times a day with an interval of 5 hours, for example, at 10, 15 and 20 hours. Delay - no more than 15 minutes!

3. No sugar, sweets, etc.

4. No “snacks” between meals.

5. No restaurants, cafes, etc. Prepare food for yourself. No cooks, at least relatives.

6. 2 times a week, a 30-40 minute hot bath with natural Dead Sea salt (at least 500 grams) and pine extract - twice as much as prescribed according to the instructions. Start at 38 degrees and raise to 43-45. This is a means of drawing out fluid and tightening the skin, so with a large volume you need to “twirl” in it.

7. Physical exercises are only for those who have done them before or are well prepared.

8. Tea and coffee without any additives: no lemon, no sweetener.

9. Alcohol is completely excluded during the diet.

10. Self-massage problem areas daily for at least 15 minutes, and when losing every ten kilograms, undergo a full body massage course.

Latvian magazines, which write about Dr. Khazan from time to time, note that he is a very strict and even merciless person. Any violation of the rules causes a violent reaction from him, including the use of profanity. Patients treat him with respect and caution, since he can shout at a careless client and stomp his feet.

When I told Margarita Koroleva about the diet I had sent her and showed her the list of dishes, she was somewhat surprised. With doubt in her voice she read: “sandwiches”, “caviar”, “deliciously cooked meat”, etc.

Then she estimated her daily calories - it turned out to be about 1200. In principle, not much, but it seemed to her, like Sasha Semchev, that the intervals between meals were too long. It is true that they say that Lev Khazan’s main specialty is that his calculations are based on the fact that the liver produces hormones at intervals of 5-5.5 hours that facilitate the proper absorption of food. The Queen, however, respected her colleague and said that such a diet can help lose weight in the first couple of months, especially for very large people.

Well, I, as a person prone to experimentation, having previously studied all the features of this diet, decided to try how it would work in my version. I will definitely tell my readers about this.

But Semchev is still thinking. He is especially embarrassed by the fixed meal times: “Am I going to demand that the camera be stopped, the filming stopped, if it’s time for me to have lunch?”

Uses a diet specially formulated for him

In general, I began to look for a reason to abandon the strict regime. But he liked some of the dishes, and he gladly included them in his menu. Dmitry’s goal is very serious: he wants to lose exactly 100 kilograms. That is, from 180 to 80 kg.

According to the timeframe agreed with the nutritionist, it will take him another year. And it seems that he can do it - after all, more than a third of his excess weight has already been lost! He and I constantly exchange experiences, so that he is now one of the associated participants in our project.

And also, dear readers, if you have questions for me or Dmitry, write to my email. And of course, send your stories about losing weight (especially if our project helped you) and before and after photos.

Reviews

I followed this diet for a week because... I had neither the strength nor the desire to do more. During this time, the body weakened a little and began to feel tired, but the result is impressive - minus 4 kg! The diet was very meager, so throughout the 7 days I really wanted to try something from the list of prohibited foods.

I was on a diet for 9 days - it was very difficult, I don’t know about others, but for me it turned out to be real torture. I managed to lose about 5 kg - my waist became thinner, I even had to buy new clothes. Since eating pearl barley porridge brings results, I think I will soon go on this diet again.

One of the advantages of this diet is that it is nourishing, effective, cheap and has a minimum number of contraindications. A significant drawback is the monotony of the diet. To survive a month and a half on it, in my opinion, is unrealistic! She herself was only able to sit for 5 days, during which she lost 2.5 kilograms of weight.

Benefits and harms

The main ingredient of the Pushinka diet is pearl barley porridge, which contains B vitamins, iron, zinc, potassium, and amino acids.

Benefits of the Pushinka diet:

  • quick weight loss results, which is suitable for people who do not like to wait long;
  • getting rid of excess fluid in the body;
  • cleansing the intestines of toxins due to the properties of pearl barley porridge;
  • Compared to other mono-diets, “Pushinka” is quite balanced, which allows you not to lose too much energy when losing weight;
  • health is maintained due to the fact that the diet is not intended to be followed continuously. In 3 months, only 48 days are dietary;
  • If you lead a healthy lifestyle, the lost kilograms will not come back.

Flaws:

  • poor diet. It’s hard to eat the same foods for a long time;
  • good willpower is required, so before a weight loss course you should prepare mentally;
  • stress for the body. Rapid weight loss is always reflected in stress for the hormonal levels and nervous system;
  • After completing a weight loss course, weight may return, but only if a person begins to eat high-calorie and unhealthy foods. Therefore, you need to tune in to maintaining proper nutrition;
  • In addition to fat, muscle mass is also lost. Muscles even go away earlier, since it is easier for the body to break down protein into glucose than fat.
