Chinese recipe
Ingredients:

Cooking rice with vegetables in Chinese:
- Cook the rice in salted water until done.
- Fry the onion in small pieces until transparent.
- Pour the eggs into the frying pan with the vegetable and mix the whites with the yolk with a fork.
- When the eggs “set”, add rice to them, add pepper cubes and canned legumes without liquid.
- Salt the mixture to taste and fry the food for another 6 - 7 minutes.
This dish is delicious served with fried pork or chicken.
