Preparation:

  1. Rinse the offal. If any feathers remain, remove. Cut off the thin phalanx. Due to its size, it cooks faster and can burn, ruining the taste of the dish.
  2. Take a container. Lay down the wings.
  3. Pour over the sauce. Put honey.
  4. Add spices. Add salt.
  5. Add oil.
  6. Mix. Everything should be rubbed evenly over the surface. There should not be an accumulation of honey in one area.

  6. Marinate. An hour will be enough for this.
  7. Coat the baking sheet with oil using a silicone brush. Place the pickled product. Lay out the main component in one layer. In order for the dish to bake well, it must be placed in the center of the oven.
  8. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

  • drinking water – 80 ml;
  • flour – 120 g;
  • starch (any) – 60 g;

  • seasoning for chicken – 25 g;
  • refined oil – 110 ml.


Ingredients (breading):

  • turmeric – 15 g;
  • sweet paprika – 50 g;
  • flour – 220 g.

Cooking steps:

  1. The wings are divided into 3 phalanges. The last part (tip) is not used in this recipe.
  2. Marinate the meat in a mixture of salt and red pepper (30 minutes).
  3. For the batter, mix flour (120 g), starch, herbs, seasoning, and salt.
  4. The egg is shaken with water.
  5. Pour the eggs into the mixture of dry ingredients and stir. The dough should be liquid, so you can add a little more water.
  6. Prepare the breading: mix flour, paprika, turmeric.
