Cooking time: 2 hours.

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver, 300 g;
  • chicken fillet, 400 g;
  • egg, 1 pc.;
  • onion, 2 pcs.;
  • salt to taste.

First of all, you need to prepare the base. To do this, grind the chicken fillet in a blender along with the onion. Combine the resulting mass with egg, salt and spices.

Now for the filling. Boil the liver along with the onion. Grind the finished product to a pate.

Wet a plastic bag and place it on a flat surface. Place minced chicken as the first layer, and liver pate on top of it. Using gentle movements, begin to lift the film, rolling the mass into a roll. The package must remain in your hands. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake at 2000C until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
