The following recipe requires almost identical ingredients, except for the added oil.   • Low-fat cottage cheese - 200 g.
  • Lemon juice - 5-10 drops.

  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.

Classic Du mayonnaise

The taste is very similar to the store product. The main difference in ingredients is the use of petroleum jelly. As a rule, petroleum jelly is independently used in medicine as a mild laxative. It is prescribed to patients even after abdominal operations; it has no taste or smell, so there is no need to think that it is machine oil. Its peculiarity is that it is absolutely not absorbed by the body and, therefore, is not deposited on the sides.

Ingredients:

  • chicken yolk - 3 pcs.;
  • vinegar - 1 tsp. (can be replaced with lemon juice);
  • Vaseline oil - 75 ml;
  • mustard (ready) - 2 tsp;
  • salt and spices - to taste.

Preparation:

All ingredients used should not be cold.

Beat the yolks with a mixer, then add mustard, vinegar, salt and spices, mix well. The mixture should stand for about seven minutes, then you need to beat the future sauce with a mixer at low speed, pouring in Vaseline oil in a thin stream. As you add oil, you need to increase the mixer speed.

Recipe with oil

If you have already completed the first stage of the “Attack” diet and started the next one, then you are already allowed to consume vegetable oils. That is why this version of the sauce is not suitable for all readers; you can read another recipe, without oil, just above.

Grind the yolks with milk, salt, mustard until smooth and rub through a sieve. You can use a blender. Add sugar substitute. Then, whisking continuously, add about 1-2 teaspoons of oil. When the sauce is almost ready, add vinegar and whisk thoroughly.

The sauce is homogeneous and moderately thick. Perfect for a vegetable salad, but for a salad like herring on a fur coat, I would opt for a sauce made from soft cottage cheese or yogurt.
