  6. Clasping your hands in front of you. The exercise can be done either lying on your back or standing. Place your hands in front of your chest, palms facing each other. You can place an elastic ball in the middle, but this is not necessary. Squeeze your hands as much as you can and relax. The number of repetitions is arbitrary.
  7. Wave your arms. The exercise is done standing, with your feet shoulder-width apart. First option: one hand is lowered down, the second is raised up. Do a few swings (20-25), then change the position of your hands. Second option: swing to the sides, arms bent at the elbows and in front of the chest. Third option: straight arms extended forward, swing diagonally, left hand up and to the left, right hand down and to the right. Do 20-25 repetitions and change the position of your hands.

Muscle stretching exercises are performed after the main complex.

Large breasts often tend to sag before or after childbirth. Especially after having children. To tighten the mammary glands, you can use a special cream.
