    I listened to a lot of her webinars, well, from those that I found on the endless expanses of the Internet, free of course) Why webinars - given my previous experience, I didn’t want any more creases, which means I need to understand the very mechanism of doing the exercises. I don’t list the exercises themselves that have become useful for me, not because I feel sorry), I just need to look at how exactly the muscles work, how to do the exercises correctly and without creases on the skin.     The sensations are wonderful, but against the backdrop of rave reviews, reviews flash by those whose noses droop, wrinkles increase, and nasolabial folds deepen.

    Are you sure you won't harm yourself? That you will do everything right? Me not.

    Plus, the exercises are accompanied by some kind of self-hypnosis and visualization.

    For people who have never done something like this in their lives, doing this for the first time is not so easy. And it doesn’t even explain HOW to do it: “Rub your fingers in the air!”

    Who understands WHY to do this?

    Where is the explanation that this needs to be visually presented and, most importantly, WHAT EXACTLY, for what purpose?

    In general, this is cheap, not gymnastics.

    If you are thinking about doing something like this, I recommend doing it with a professional trainer-instructor.

    The result was my exhausted, tired and dried out (despite nutrition and hydration) face.

    I definitely don’t recommend Carol Maggio’s facial gymnastics. Be beautiful!
