- Before starting a porridge diet, as well as during its maintenance, a cleansing enema . The final similar procedure should be carried out 2 days after stopping the diet.
- Daily meals must be fractional and, accordingly, include at least 5 meals.
- On the eve of each day of the diet, it is necessary to prepare the required porridge in advance according to a special recipe provided for by this dietary regimen.
- It is advisable to select cereals for dietary porridges from whole grains that have undergone minimal factory processing, since they fully retain all the substances necessary for weight loss and health of the body.
- All porridges are allowed to be eaten until you are completely full, but you should definitely avoid overeating.
- Throughout the diet, every morning after waking up, you should drink a glass of warm water on an empty stomach (closer to hot) and only after 30 minutes start breakfast. You should do the same before each meal, but in this case the water can simply be warm.
- In turn, it is necessary to increase the entire volume of liquid consumed per day to at least 1.5 liters, mostly relying on ordinary water.
- Throughout this dietary regime, it is permissible to eat only the foodstuffs approved for it, and the rest must be discarded.
- The meal (dinner) that ends the next day of the diet should be completed at least 3 hours before going to bed.
- In case of individual intolerance or persistent rejection of any of the recommended cereals, it is permissible to replace it with another (for example, buckwheat). In other cases, all cereals and the order of their consumption should remain unchanged.
- If you have any chronic or acute diseases, be sure to consult a nutritionist before losing weight on cereals.
- A dietary course on cereal porridges is not recommended for longer than a week and is carried out more often than once every 2 months.
The process of preparing porridge for a diet
Each of the dietary porridges must be prepared the evening of the previous day according to a specific recipe, which, according to the diet’s compilers, should, on the one hand, promote weight loss, and on the other, saturate the body of a losing weight person with all the useful components. It is permissible to cook porridge only in water, without adding any other food ingredients (salt, butter, sugar, etc.).
Recipe for all porridges:
- Carefully rinse the desired cereal and pour it into a saucepan with water in a ratio of 1:3 - (cereal/water);
- bring the water to a boil and boil the cereal for 5 minutes;
- remove the pan from the heat, close it with a lid and wrap it tightly with a blanket;

Quitting the diet
At the end of the course of losing weight using 6 porridges, you need to return to your usual diet slowly and correctly. First of all, your diet should be gradually enriched with small portions of dishes that include animal proteins. Eat low-fat cottage cheese, chicken eggs, classic yogurt and other similar products for breakfast. For lunch, prepare vegetable soup with a small piece of lean meat. Have dinner with boiled/baked fish of low-fat varieties. After three or four days, try adding previously prohibited vegetables, nuts, and lactic acid products of regular fat content to the menu. Do all this for at least 7 days, and best of all for 2-3 weeks.
