  • egg;
  • onion;

Preparation:

  1. Remove the film from the chicken breast. Let's wash and dry it.

  6. Salt, add black pepper.

  18. Stir well and add the egg.

  19. Now put the spinach puree into the preparation.

  20. Knead the minced mass into a homogeneous structure.
  21. Using wet hands, form medium-sized cutlets.
  22. We put them in a mesh designed for steaming dishes in a multicooker. Attention! We place the blanks in only one layer!
