— Tell us, how do you keep yourself in shape? I remember a few years ago at a concert in Voronezh you showed us a double boiler that you took with you to cook on tour.

- Nothing has changed, I continue to drive. And when I’m not on tour, I carry several containers of food for the whole day. Now, in addition to a bottle of water, in my thermal bag there is vegetable soup, buckwheat with herbs, and these are nettles, which I collect in the summer and store in the freezer. And also apples and carrots for snacks. I eat five times a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus two snacks. I try not to eat after 19.00. I always have this regime, except for holidays. Then I can indulge myself in excess, eat whatever my heart desires, and have a blast. I love to eat, otherwise how can I live? During the New Year holidays there were 10 days of tireless high, I gained 3.5-4 kg, now I weigh 60 kg. But after the holidays I got back into the routine. One day of unloading and that's it. Now there is a crisis, we need to forget about overeating. The time has come when you need to lose weight and get yourself in order. True, you don’t need to eat a lot. Otherwise we eat uncontrollably, stretching our stomach in front of the TV. I can get carried away and not notice how I ate 50-60 dumplings. Therefore, I control myself in the morning: I get up, enter all my nutritional actions into the program on my phone.
