Raw beets

An effective folk remedy for weight loss is freshly squeezed beet juice. To prepare it you will need:

  • 2 small beets (you need to choose not very large fruits with bright skin without white veins - they contain less nitrates);
  • apple (green or yellow varieties);
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey.

Peel the beets, cut off the root and tail, cut into slices with the apple, squeeze out the juice using a juicer, mix with honey. Drink in 2 doses - in the morning on an empty stomach and in the afternoon 30-40 minutes before lunch. If you have any gastrointestinal diseases, you should not use this method or consult a doctor.
