During the week, the diet should consist of vegetable soups, steamed omelettes, rare porridges with water and milk, cottage cheese, steamed fish cutlets or boiled fish. All this should be consumed in small portions and often, and meat products should be excluded during the week.

There is another diet for anorexics, designed for 50 days. This diet involves strict adherence to a diet that includes low-calorie foods with a total calorie content of 500 to 700 kcal. This calorie content is allowed in clinical practice only for a fasting day, taken once a week according to strict indications.

The DAN (novice anorexic diet) is an unsafe, almost starvation diet that has serious health consequences. It contains few nutrients and vitamins , which is stressful for the body and, as a result, if carried out for such a long time, can be harmful to health.
