Features of the Tibetan diet for weight loss

Diets are not suitable for many people either because of the high cost of food or because of the torment that a constant feeling of hunger causes. In this regard, the Tibetan diet is a salvation. Firstly, it not only helps to get rid of excess weight (up to 5 kg per week), but also rejuvenates the body. Secondly, the diet is financially accessible and is not accompanied by serious dietary restrictions. And thirdly, her diet is very rich, including not only a lot of products, but also 4 separate menus.

Tibetan diet

Description of the healing method:

Before proceeding with the presentation of the method itself, it is necessary to identify the conditions under which this method can be used:

  • It is assumed that the majority of Russians are sick (from official statistics from the Russian Ministry of Health);
  • The maximum result in terms of health and longevity can be achieved by using this method while following the rules of a “healthy lifestyle”.
  • The method is universal.

In order to achieve the goal (achieving a healthy and long life), a person must solve two major tasks:

1. Get rid of diseases; 2. Maintain your health throughout your life.

Conventionally, the method (path) can be divided into three steps:

1. The need to subordinate your life to following the rules of a healthy lifestyle:

  • Positive outlook on life.
  • A person's ability to take responsibility for their own health.
  • Rejection of bad habits.
  • Physical activity.
  • Communication with nature.
  • Proper and healthy nutrition, since up to 70% of a person’s ill health is formed by his diet.

2. Treatment of diseases:

Functional food products, instant porridge “Samara Healthy Man,” are used as a universal remedy for treatment. Functional foods are products with proven therapeutic and preventive properties. At the same time, “Samara Healthy” porridges belong to macrobiotic nutrition, which can be seen by getting acquainted with the porridge production technology.

Tibetan monks use macrobiotic nutrition in the treatment of human diseases according to a certain method, which can be presented in the form of a diet table.

Authorized Products

The monastic diet includes:

  • only whole grain cereals, which can be purchased in organic stores;
  • natural additives in the form of milk thistle, kelp, chicory root, grape seed, spirulina, watermelon seeds, amaranth, aspen bark and buds, beebread, pollen, etc.;
  • a specially developed ready-made product for healthy nutrition “Samara Zdorovyak”;
  • sea salt or gomasio seasoning;
  • natural herbal teas.

Method results:

I represent a microscopic creative team on a Russian scale. We have achieved a lot over the past twenty years. We have not yet been able to achieve even more, mainly for financial reasons. We are forced to tell every new person again about the capabilities of our product and method, although more than 500,000 thousand people are actively using our developments. Let's give just one experience:

Miroshnichenko Lyudmila Aleksandrovna. Dnepropetrovsk

In February 2011, a “revolution” took place in my life. Doctors diagnosed him with rectal cancer. As a solution to the problem, I was offered to undergo an radiation session. I had no choice but to go through this unpleasant procedure. This did not give any result. Then all I had to do was have surgery to remove the rectum. The ground is disappearing from under my feet, I couldn’t gather my thoughts for a month. I was told to reconsider my diet. I excluded meat and animal fats. I ate one piece of fish, 1 - 2 tsp. sour cream, 1 egg, 200 - 300g. Milk - and that's all per week. Several times a day I drank holy water and ate mallow on an empty stomach. I excluded tea, coffee, drank water (2-2.5 liters), natural juices (especially carrot juice), and herbal tea. Watching TV was completely excluded from my life. Therefore, there was a thirst for information. I started watching (more than once) the documentaries “Water” and “Water 2”. I wanted to listen to Pavaroti and classic heroic melodies. I haven’t spent a single week watching the movie “The Secret” on my computer. I tried to find the positive in everything: it’s cool that you don’t have to carry water from the hole with a rocker - it flows both hot and cold; and, having entered the minibus, you can become and dream; and the green leaves turn out to be different shades; and you can say “Thank you”. At that time, I was given information about miracle porridge three times. But I didn’t perceive it, and I didn’t think that they would help me. And one day I realized that since information was knocking so persistently at me, I needed to pay more attention to it. I took a book about cereals, read it and saw that there was only one way that would help me - this is the so-called “monastic diet”, diet No. 7. I started eating according to this program. From April (2011) to July, I was on a 10-day camp four times. After completing the first 10 days and visiting the oncologist, I heard from specialists that the tumor had decreased a little. But pressure from doctors and fear forced me to undergo radiation. Immediately after irradiation, I completed the 2nd 10th day. The shrinkage of the tumor and healing after radiation seemed surprising to the doctors. And no matter how hard they tried to persuade me to have the operation, I refused. Although, I must admit, there was a lot of fear. I continued to do microenemas of 50 ml for the 3rd month. from kvass with probiotics. I included herbs, intestinal massage, drank Holyver, Lecithin, vitamins A and D for 4 months. After the 4th 10th day with the oncologist, I heard that things had improved by 75%. In November there was another 10-day period. The verdict is complete remission. This is the doctor's opinion. And this is 10 months after the diagnosis was made.

Conclusion: a person got rid of a disease that was incurable using official medicine with the help of our products and our methods. And there are hundreds of such evidence. How else can you convince people?

General rules

George Ozawa spoke about the monastic diet, which is based on the diet of Buddhist monks during fasting, in his books “Zen Macrobiotics” and “Ten Paths to Health and Happiness.”

What is this diet?

  • Eating boiled whole grains (porridge is cooked in water without salt). It is possible to introduce additives into each serving of natural products (milk thistle and grape seed meal, kelp, spirulina, dried Jerusalem artichoke powder). Whole grains are a source of complex carbohydrates and energy for the human body.
  • Use 2-3 different cereals with different ingredients during the day.
  • Complete exclusion of protein and fat.
  • Minimum water consumption.
  • Meals twice a day at noon and at sunset 12:00 and at sunset (developed for Tibetan monks).
  • Not to eat to the full - it is important to satisfy your hunger slightly.
  • Be sure to shower at least twice a day.

In general, such a diet is similar to a fasting diet, but in the latter case it is more varied (vegetables, fruits, dried fruits, vegetable oil). Tibetan porridges are expensive and not always available. An alternative option is to use Russian-made Zdorovyak cereals for the diet. They are always on sale and affordable.

  • It is based on whole grain crushed cereals (wheat, oats, rice, corn, millet), which retain the grain shell as a source of fiber, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and microelements.
  • Contains heat-treated (“exploded” on grain processors) cereal grains and beneficial phytocomponents.
  • Ecological raw materials.
  • Product sterility.
  • No additives or preservatives.
  • Antiparasitic effect (with an appropriate set of phytocomponents).
  • Clinically proven therapeutic and prophylactic properties.

The product is prepared according to traditional oriental recipes using modern equipment. According to the technology, the grain is washed, undergoes a short-term heat treatment (9 seconds), during which moisture is removed and the grain is broken, which significantly increases the bioavailability for the body and facilitates digestion, and also enhances the sorbing properties. Herbal supplements and beekeeping products (milk thistle, spirulina, beebread, aspen buds, chitosan, stevia, rose hips) are added to the porridges.

The composition of grain and plant components imparts healing properties, so the product can be considered functional (healing). What makes some cereals unique is that they contain a probiotic.

Herbal supplements are also a natural enterosorbent (sorbs toxins and salts of heavy metals in the gastrointestinal tract and promotes natural excretion from the body. Guaranteed relief from constipation, heartburn, as well as weight loss. Porridges have a therapeutic and prophylactic focus and are used specifically for this purpose, and The process of losing weight goes in parallel.

Since porridge is not boiled, the gastrointestinal tract must get used to coarse fiber before the 10-day diet. Therefore, in order to adapt the gastrointestinal tract, you should gradually introduce new food 1-2 times a day, starting with 1 tablespoon and increasing to 2-3. Since you are not yet on a diet, you can dilute it not only with water, but also with broth, juices or fermented milk products with a temperature of up to 60 degrees. After adaptation and in the absence of discomfort from the gastrointestinal tract, you can start a diet.

  • Adapted to the living conditions of a modern person, three or four meals a day (and even more when a feeling of hunger appears), since the two meals a day of Tibetan monks is not acceptable in our lives. In order not to break down, you should always have a portion of bulk porridge with you and prepare it when needed.
  • Dilution with water only for maximum effect.
  • You can take 3-5 tablespoons per serving, add water at a temperature of 60 degrees and stir. Do not cook or pour boiling water over it. Water must be filtered or structured. The same water should be consumed throughout the day, in addition, you can drink green and herbal tea.
  • Eat porridge with probiotic once a day, but it needs to be prepared a day in advance. In this case, it needs to be fermented at room temperature for 18-24 hours. As a result of the fermentation process, the product is better absorbed. Before use, you can heat it in a water bath at a temperature of no more than 40.
  • In any case, it is important that the fermentation process takes place.
  • Meals are provided for 10 days.
  • To prevent porridge from becoming boring, you can select 5-7 types and alternate them. Should not be chosen with vegetable protein (nuts, seeds or legumes supplements). It is better if it is Super Silicon, Anti-Cellulite, Wheat-Free, Probiotic and two in accordance with your diseases.
  • Sufficient drinking regimen, including kvass with probiotics (1.5 l). This will relieve nausea and possible headaches that appear especially during detoxification. Kvass recipe: take 2-3 full tbsp. “Healthy Probiotic”, add warm water and 1 tbsp. honey, stir well. Pour into a suitable jar and add up to 1.5 liters of water at room temperature. Stir well, cover with gauze and leave for a day at room temperature. After a day, the drink can be consumed, and after 2-3 days it will have pronounced sourness and gas. Fermented sludge is a healthy fermented porridge that should be eaten.
  • Drink any liquid after eating porridge an hour later.
  • Be sure to chew the prepared dish thoroughly, thoroughly moistening it with saliva, since digestion begins from the moment the food is processed with saliva.

George Ozawa's original diet prohibits the consumption of vegetables. In our conditions and unprepared patients, it is possible to consume vegetables, which can make up 20% or 10% of the diet (Diets No. 5 and No. 6, respectively). After eating this way, you can safely switch to Diet No. 7.

It is difficult to sustain eating only tasteless porridges, so you are allowed to use a little salt (sea salt or gomasio - a mixture of roasted and ground sesame seeds with sea salt in a ratio of 5:1) so as not to abandon the process of healing and losing weight halfway. The weight loss will be 5 kilograms or more - this depends on the weight at the start (the higher it is, the greater the loss). For lasting results, it is advisable to take two more courses with a break of two weeks, but with the inclusion of vegetables (Diet No. 6 for 14 days).

  • The “Healthy Man” diet should be left for breakfast and dinner and gradually introduce boiled or stewed vegetables with vegetable oil.
  • Light soups appear in the diet from the third day.
  • Boiled meat, poultry or fish - from the fourth to fifth day.

Application method:

The species limit for human lifespan is 120 years. A person can reach the species limit of life by fulfilling all the conditions of our method!

Do you want to live? Live! If you are unable to follow the rules of a healthy lifestyle, you will inevitably live less than you could, but by using the 7th and other diets with our products, you will live longer than other people who do not follow anything at all. I will not describe in detail the rules of a healthy lifestyle in this article because they are quite clear and well-known.

I will dwell in more detail on the use of diet No. 7 for medicinal purposes:

1. Diet No. 7 is a universal method: • Its versatility is manifested in the fact that the diet is effective for any disease. This is explained by the fact that the effect of the diet is not aimed directly at the disease (although the diagnosis is taken into account when choosing cereals), but at restoring the protective systems of the human body, at restoring the processes of its self-regulation.

2. Clinical trials of our cereals revealed no contraindications. • Ten years of experience in using our product in the diet of a huge number of people has not revealed any contraindications based on age and gender.

3. Before starting to use diet No. 7 for medicinal purposes, it is necessary to determine the diagnosis: The diagnosis makes it easier to choose the product that needs to be used for the “monastic diet”. Our company’s specialists have developed a table in which each type of cereal, with an assigned serial number, corresponds to a list of diseases.

Advantages and disadvantages

Alas, macrobiotics and especially the N7 diet are far from a balanced diet and are not able to satisfy the physiological requirements of the body. During intense physical activity, chronic diseases (especially the digestive system), pregnancy, and during lactation, “fasting” is prohibited. A large amount of fiber in the menu (about 20%) with long-term use of the diet will cause a deficiency of minerals, and fluid restriction will cause dehydration and disruption of the functioning of organs and systems.

10 days of strict fasting is your investment in potential health and longevity.

Before the experiment, consult your doctor and get his support. Remember, Eastern philosophy may be too tough for the Western worldview and instead of restoration it will reward with destruction.

Proponents of the diet, in support of their point of view, argue that it normalizes the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, initiates a self-cleansing regime for the liver, improves the condition of hair, nails and skin, removes all harmful substances from the body and saturates it with B vitamins.

Opponents argue that this diet is extremely unbalanced. A large amount of coarse fiber can damage the gastric mucosa, causing inflammation, and drinking a tiny amount of liquid can even cause dehydration.

Thus, before going on a monastic diet, it is necessary to undergo a full examination and consult a specialist.

Published in the Diets section.

Preparing for diet No. 7

It is necessary to become familiar with some dietary restrictions:

  • Coffee is prohibited.

Do not drink tea that contains carcinogenic dyes. Such a product may be produced for commercial purposes. Herbal teas (uncolored) are allowed. Drinks (liquids) during diet No. 7 are consumed in the smallest quantities possible, i.e. There is no need to specifically consume large amounts of liquid (water). Do not use spices or chemical seasonings (any industrial soy sauce, ISO, Japanese dish), with the exception of natural salt Macrobiotic soy sauce (tamari) and miso, approved by the Ozawa Society in the USA, France, Japan and Russia.

  • Despite the fact that porridge dissolves in any liquid with a temperature of no more than 60°C, with diet No. 7, porridge must be cooked in water, or better yet, in herbal (dill, parsley, celery, onion, garlic, etc.) broth with added salt and natural spices. The finished porridge should be tasty.
  • In addition to porridge in herbal broth, you can cook porridge in water with the addition of gomasio.

Gomasio (from goma - sesame and sio - salt) is the most popular and commonly used seasoning, and it is very easy to prepare. The yin of sesame and the yang of salt perfectly balance each other, which is especially beneficial for the functioning of the heart. Gomasio goes bad after two weeks of cooking, so be sure to make it fresh.

To prepare the gomasio: 1 teaspoon sea salt 18 teaspoons brown or black sesame In a stainless steel or cast iron skillet, toast the sea salt over medium heat. Move it around the pan and fry until 1) its color becomes less white, 2) it begins to give off an ammonia-like odor. This should take approximately 3 minutes. Place the roasted salt in a suribachi (mortar). Rinse the sesame seeds in a colander and place them in a frying pan; the heat under the frying pan should be medium. Stir it constantly until it dries. Reduce heat to low and continue stirring continuously until most of the seeds have popped or puffed up. But be careful - don't let them burn. In suribachi, use a surikogi to crush the salt until no large granules remain. It should turn into a fine powder. Add the toasted sesame seeds and pulse until about 75 percent of the sesame seeds are popped. You may have to grind for 5 to 10 minutes, but the flavor is amazing and you can pass the torch on to the kids or anyone else. Everyone likes to do gomasio. If you consume 1 teaspoon of gomasio per day, this amount should be enough for one person for two weeks.

  • It is forbidden to mix porridge with dairy products.

What is this

Let's say right away that this is not a diet. And there is nothing newfangled in functional nutrition either. The ideas of creating healthy products enriched with substances that modern man lacks repeatedly arose at the beginning of the 20th century. But the Japanese took them seriously in the 50s. Scientists were concerned about the health of their fellow citizens, especially residents of large cities, who suffered not only from a huge workload and stress, but also from an ever-deteriorating environmental situation.

It was Japan that became the birthplace of the very concept of “functional nutrition”. Moreover, the inhabitants of the Land of the Rising Sun, with their characteristic scrupulousness, approached the issue extremely seriously and even adopted a special law on improving nutrition. His task was to promote the development of enterprises producing environmentally friendly natural products that are good for health and help solve certain problems with it.

An important point was a wide advertising campaign designed to disseminate the new idea among the population, explain the main postulates and prove the need to bring it into the lives of every person. It should be noted that the policy has borne fruit: Japan still maintains leadership in matters of longevity, and this despite the fact that we have all heard about the unprecedented workaholism of its citizens.

As you already understand, functional foods are healthy foods that are ideal for regular consumption. In simple terms, these are products that people use every day, but are devoid of any chemical additives, grown in environmentally friendly areas and enriched with a lot of useful substances.

Unfortunately, the world's industrial giants and small food producers immediately began to parasitize on such an interesting idea. Endless intrusive advertising, equating healthy food with medicines that can cure any disease, radically change what was originally intended in the concept. The situation has worsened to the point that today even the WHO warns that the presence of healthy ingredients in foods does not make them healthy. A striking example is caramel with vitamins, and advertising is aimed at children, which can be equated to a real crime.

We intend to understand functional nutrition inside and out, so we will not pay much attention to unscrupulous producers parasitizing on it. Once you understand what exactly the right products are, you will understand who you can trust and who you should avoid.

Carrying out diet No. 7

Cooking for diet No. 7

Kissel is prepared as follows: In a bowl with a capacity of 150 - 200 g. pour 70 gr. boiled water at a temperature of up to 60°C, add 5–7 tablespoons of jelly and stir thoroughly. After a minute, add 130 - 150 grams of boiled water at a temperature of up to 100Co. After a minute, the jelly can be eaten. If the jelly does not seem sweet enough, you can add honey, fructose, or stevia to taste.

Porridge (most numbers) is prepared as follows: In a bowl with a capacity of 250 - 300 g. pour water (if you prepare porridge with gomashi) or herbal broth with a temperature of no more than 60CO (lips can tolerate it), pour in a portion of porridge and stir thoroughly. After a minute, the porridge can be eaten.

All cereals with probiotics are prepared differently. Let me remind you that porridges with probiotics are porridges to which strains of beneficial microorganisms, which form the basis of the beneficial flora of the human intestine, are added in the form of dry powder. After diluting such porridge with warm, boiled water (temperature no higher than 60CO) and adding an “accelerator”, such as honey, microorganisms begin to develop rapidly. After a day, the porridge will acquire a sweet and sour taste and can be eaten. Regular consumption of such porridge promotes accelerated restoration of intestinal flora. The presence of healthy microflora in the gastrointestinal tract is an indispensable condition for ensuring human health. And since the normal flora is constantly suppressed during the life of a modern person, in order to maintain it, the “probiotic” porridge must be consumed constantly.

Warning! If you follow diet No. 7, you cannot dilute any “probiotic” porridge with milk. Outside of the diet, this is possible. Moreover, using probiotic porridge you can test the quality of purchased milk. If, after cooking with milk, the porridge has not soured within a day, this means that the milk contains preservatives that prevent the proliferation of microorganisms. Those. The milk in this case is not alive.

Authorized Products

The monastic diet includes:

  • only whole grain cereals, which can be purchased in organic stores;
  • natural additives in the form of milk thistle, kelp, chicory root, grape seed, spirulina, watermelon seeds, amaranth, aspen bark and buds, beebread, pollen, etc.;
  • a specially developed ready-made product for healthy nutrition “Samara Zdorovyak”;
  • sea salt or gomasio seasoning;
  • natural herbal teas.

Action and results of diet No. 7

When a person eats only Zdorovyak porridge for 10 or more days, he provides himself with a source of environmentally friendly energy - “complex” carbohydrates. However, every second metabolic processes in the body are aimed at the death of old cells and the formation of new ones and require “building materials” for the construction of new cells. Proteins and fats, among other things, serve as building materials. But with diet No. 7, there is no external influx of these building materials for 10 days. The body “suffers” for about a day, and then begins to search for protein and fat within itself, and begins to seek internal reserves. The compensatory function of the body is activated. It is known that about 75% of the Russian population have blood invasions by single-celled parasites Toxoplasma and Trichomonas. Toxoplasma feeds on brain tissue, and Trichomonas is the causative agent of many diseases, including, according to some hypotheses, cancer. Under the conditions of routine functioning of the human body, against the background of either sluggish or rapidly manifesting chronic or other diseases, the human immune system does little to destroy single-celled parasites; its killer cells (leukocytes) generally ignore them. Another thing is when the body is in a state associated with a deficiency of protein and fat, which it must receive from food. This “deficiency” forces the body to look for possible reserves of these macronutrients within itself. Single-celled parasites are one of the sources of protein and lipid mass. The size of leukocytes allows them to capture single-celled parasites and “grind and eat” them (internal phagocytosis). This process continues for, say, three days and ends with the possible complete destruction of these parasites. Human blood becomes sterile.

The deficiency state of proteins and fats does not end after 3-4 days of such a diet and the turn comes for the assimilation of other “reserves”, and there are many of them in the human body, for example: “post-infarction” scars, polyps, pilomas, fibromas, scars after inflammatory processes, fatty cell, atypical cells, etc. Recovery is taking place. cleansing the body and restoring its normal activity. In the process of this cleansing activity, when numerous depots are opened in which the body has “preserved” toxins. And these toxins have no other way out of the human body except through its excretory system, and therefore through the liver.

The excretory system, in this regard, experiences tension, the clinical expression of which can be various complications: nausea, vomiting, increased body temperature, rashes on the skin, pain in various parts of the body, etc.

The immunoprotective and hypatoprotective components of the “Zdorovyak” porridge (milk thistle, spirulina, Jerusalem artichoke, wax, beebread, red grape seed meal, etc.) help overcome these painful manifestations and, ultimately, help get rid of many diseases, including oncological diseases.

In addition, all Zdorovyak porridges contain significant amounts of plant fiber or plant fibers (up to 32% by dry weight), inulin, chitosan, which are a natural, plant-based enterosorbent. Fiber absorbs toxins and heavy metal salts in the gastrointestinal tract and promotes their removal from the body naturally, while inulin and chitosan bind and neutralize these harmful substances.

Of course, above was given a simplified picture of the complex biochemical processes at the “amateur level” that occur in the human body when he consumes porridge according to a certain method, but practice (as we know, it is a criterion of truth) testifies to its healing properties. There are hundreds and thousands of examples of this throughout Russia.

Attention! When faced with short-term pain or discomfort during diet No. 7, many people stop it prematurely, and thereby lose the opportunity to get rid of the disease. Avoid this. Finish what you start and you will become healthy!

Samara big man diet 7

Introduction

The consumer club “Constellation” has been distributing the “Samara Healthy Man” MFPP and promoting a healthy lifestyle for almost 6 years now. Our recommendations are based on the work on macrobiotics of the doctor George Ozawa (Osawa). Material has been accumulated about the positive impact of our product on people's health. Large-scale clinical trials have been carried out with more than positive results. But the main argument of Macrobiotics in matters of getting rid of diseases - diet No. 7, has not been studied by the methods of official medicine. Based on this, I decided to conduct a public experiment on myself using this diet.

Object : man, age – 62 years, lifestyle – active.

Initial health status before the start of the experiment : Metabolic syndrome: weight with a height of 171 cm is 100.4 kg, chronic pancreatitis, chronic cholecystitis, arterial hypertension, liver steatosis, etc. (all these signs are not in the acute stage, except for weight). External unfavorable signs: inflamed joints of the big toes, red skin over the joints, painful sensations when walking; when you press your fingers on the press in the area of the gallbladder, pain is felt, which radiates to the solar plexus and the lower left side; in the morning there is a dense coating on the tongue that is either gray or light brown; cuts in the groin area of the right and left arms.

Conducting an experiment

Attention. Before starting the diet, you need to cleanse your intestines. To do this, use a laxative or enemas.

Macrobiotic diet number 7 is a diet where

1. 100% of the daily amount of food is specially prepared food (porridge) from whole (not peeled) cereal grains, in this case it is “Samara Zdorovyak” porridge.

2. 30 – 60 g of raw radishes – 1-2 large radishes per meal with three meals a day.

3. Gomassi – seasoning for porridge, prepared from sesame seeds and sea salt. Washed, dried sesame seeds are fried in a frying pan until light brown, mixed with sea salt (if toasted). At the end of the process, the mass is cooled and poured into a suitable container for storage for use. Before adding to the porridge, a portion of the mixture is kneaded in a mortar.

All porridges are suitable except: 57, 58,70, 75, 76, 77, 78.

Daily energy consumption from food is about 1200 kcal. During the period of weight loss, avoid drinking alcohol, coffee, tea bags (loose leaf tea or medicinal herbs are allowed), sweet drinks, juices and sparkling water.

Start of experiment : November 4, 2010.

Typical daily routine:

1. 7.00 - rise; a glass of hot boiled water; I mix 150 g of oatmeal jelly “Samara big man”;

2. 7.00 – 7.40 exercise (stretching, gymnastics, strength exercises); I drink jelly; dousing with cold water; shower, etc..

3. 8.00 – 8.30 – breakfast. Probiotic porridge and two radishes.

4. 13.00–13.30 - lunch. Any porridge, except those that are not recommended and two radishes.

5. 18.00–18.30 - dinner. Any porridge, except those that are not recommended and two radishes.

A little theory:

“New York scientists conducted studies that confirmed the connection between the consumption of chemicals in food and excess weight. One study looked at the levels of chemicals in the fatty tissue and blood of women. The results were stunning: a direct connection was discovered between the amount of organochlorins contained in tissue cells and body weight indicators. In other words, the fatter a woman was, the more abundant the chemicals were in her fatty tissues and blood. The women selected were not workers in chemical plants or other hazardous occupations. The main channels through which chemicals entered their bodies were food, drinking water and air. (If their nutrition is so bad, then what is going on with us?) Toxic substances that enter our body along with food and poor quality water settle in our body in the form of toxins. And they are deposited precisely in fat cells.” Fat cells and toxins are interconnected. The majority of well-known diets make it possible to lose weight due to loss of fluid and muscle mass. But fat deposits remain, as the human body resists the release of toxins into the blood and lymph.

What we should keep in mind:

1. Toxins and wastes in our blood, which is poorly filtered by the liver, are one of the main reasons for excess fat accumulation. Why do we take drugs to lose weight and even go under the surgeon’s knife when all this turns out to be only a temporary measure? The answer is very complex and at the same time extremely simple. Adipose tissue is the “garbage bin” of our body, a kind of depot (warehouse). We need it not only in order to store fat as a source of energy, but also in order to literally “collect garbage” from our blood into it, saving the body from poisoning and reducing the risk of diseases, which, however, still arise. The human body will never voluntarily open these “warehouses”, because... At the same time, there is a risk of developing a disease of some part of oneself and, above all, the liver. Including hepatitis.

Maintain your health throughout your life

Diets No. 1 and No. 2 are diets for a healthy person for life, if he wants to be healthy always!

In this section I have placed the entire quote from George Ozawa's book. Unfortunately, the translator, apparently not being a specialist in the field of nutrition, made a lot of semantic errors and inaccuracies during the translation. Therefore, I took the liberty of correcting these inaccuracies.

George Ozawa Macrobiotics Zen. - M, “Profit Style”, 2004, 208 p. Translation from English Kovaleva A. P. ISBN 5-89395-217-2

The strangest thing, it seems to me, is the complete oblivion of the most fundamental concept for all living things, which is called necessary food. My most significant discovery in America, equal in importance to that of Christopher Columbus, is that there the idea of necessary food has completely disappeared. Not a single professor or modern physician seems to be aware of its enormous significance. In contrast, the law of nutrition has always been of paramount importance in the life of the East, it was even deified at the dawn of our history. In the ancient Upanishads, in their search for God, it is felt that the grain was felt as the creator. According to this tradition, orthodox Brahmin families of South India always prayed to rice before eating it.

The idea of necessary food, the basis and importance of which lies, first of all, in the field of biology and physiology and only then in the economic, geographical and agrotechnical fields, is one of the most basic discoveries of man. It can be fully equated in importance to the discovery of fire, which allowed humanity to create civilization (the unity of religion, philosophy, science and technology) and which determined the history of the evolution of nutrition.

Of course, everyone can live by eating only what pleases the taste, the senses, the mind, what is subject to common sense and the economic, moral and ideological point of view. However, there is an obstacle to such nutrition called misfortune, which includes various types of slavery, disease, war and crime.

At the same time, a wise distinction between essential and non-essential foods allowed the people of the East to live a relatively happy, free and peaceful life. This was the case before the invasion of the seductive and powerful Western civilization with its industry and studied devices. My own experience confirms this. As a child, more than 60 years ago, I was happy when I ate and drank according to traditional rules. My childhood ended, and civilization invaded our family life and broke the rules. I have seen the deaths of my 30-year-old mother, my two sisters and my younger brother, which were a direct result of the influence of Western food and medicine on their lives. Then it was my turn. Being a very poor 10-year-old orphan, I, fortunately, could not continue to eat these new Western foods and be treated by Western doctors due to financial difficulties. Yet I was dying at 10 years old from the large amounts of chemically refined sugar and sweets that I continued to consume.

At the age of 18, I rediscovered Eastern medicine with its basis in cosmological philosophy. It completely cured me. I didn't get sick for the next 48 years. Only once did he experiment on himself, infecting himself with a terrible and usually incurable disease - a tropical ulcer. Dr. Schweitzer, at his hospital in Lambarene in Africa, shared my search for solutions to the world's most difficult medical problems. I overcame this disease with the help of macrobiotic medicine in a few days.

For 48 years I unsuccessfully explained my physiological philosophy to everyone I met. However, I have more often met people who did not want to improve by following these rules absolutely strictly. Of these, only those who could not be cured by traditional medicine were able to understand this practically simple and dialectical philosophy - order in the Universe and its universal necessity. Remember, at least 50% of your diet should come from essential foods (whole grains) . This is diet No. 2 or No. 1 of the “ten to health” (diet for a healthy person).

Conclusion

International medical authorities represented by the World Health Organization state that human health in any country in the world depends 20% on the state of the environment, 20% on heredity and 50% on a person’s individual inclinations, i.e. from lifestyle, including the quality of nutrition, and only 10% from the activities of medicine.

The Russians received a highly effective method of achieving a healthy state - functional products under the general brand “Samara Healthy”. The effectiveness of this method has been confirmed in the daily practice of life for more than 500,000 thousand people.

Freedom of choice is an important principle and law, but you need to know what to choose from.

Monastic diet in the macrobiotic nutrition system

Meals are organized in a way that is convenient for each regime, depending on employment, the possibility of eating and the presence of hunger.
Usually four times a day is enough. Between meals you can drink purified water and kvass. Macrobiotics (“big life”), of which the monastic diet is an integral part, is a system based on the principles of harmony of yin and yang. Health is the result of balance; the predominance of any energy entails illness.

Detailed instructions in the field of balanced nutrition were provided by George Osawa, who, thanks to macrobiotics, was cured of tuberculosis and other diseases. Osawa's students adapted the works of their teacher to Western thinking - and since the 1960s, macrobiotics began to spread around the world at an enviable speed.

Excess weight, as a rule, is the result of an excess in the diet of sugar and products containing it, fruits, animal products, as well as chemically modified foods (canned food, semi-finished products, refined foods, “enriched” with dyes, stabilizers, flavor enhancers).

To solve the problem of obesity, macrobiotics offers 7 food regimens:

  • the first four include grains, vegetables, meat, poultry in various proportions, limit fruits and exclude desserts completely;
  • the diet of the fifth and sixth diets consists only of cereals and vegetables - 80% and 20%, 90% and 10%, respectively;
  • The ingredients of the seventh (monastic) are 100% cereals and a certain amount of biologically active natural substances, including milk thistle, beebread, spirulina, chitosan and others.

Monastic nutrition is the strictest macrobiotic regime, which categorically cannot be a lifestyle, but is intended only for radical cleansing of the body within 10 days. Only Tibetan monks can afford any experiments with the body with impunity - the level of their physical and spiritual development is an order of magnitude higher.
