Doctor Horvath's Czech diet: detailed menu for weight loss

A Czech nutritionist has developed a diet that allows even very obese people to lose weight painlessly. The diet recommended by a doctor contains a lot of animal and vegetable protein, a moderate amount of complex carbohydrates, a small proportion of fat and a minimum of sugar.

Every day, such food has a beneficial effect on metabolism, accelerating the breakdown of lipids. At the same time, there is no deterioration in physical well-being and is not accompanied by severe hunger, which is very important for long-term weight loss. The usual duration of the diet is a week. This time is enough to get rid of 3-4 kg. If a more impressive result is required, adherence to the regimen can be extended after a 7-day break.

What is the Horvath Diet?

The nutritional system for losing weight according to Dr. Horvath has an advantage over other diets - it is the absence of a feeling of hunger in the person losing weight . You can eat allowed low-calorie foods, and the number of meals per day is 5-6. It will be difficult for those with a sweet tooth to stay on such a diet - sugar and dishes containing it are among the prohibited foods. The total calorie content of food that can be eaten per day is not reduced critically - on average it is 1500 - 1700 kilocalories.

Advantages and disadvantages

The main advantages of the method are a balanced and low-calorie diet, due to which you can quickly lose extra pounds without experiencing a strong feeling of hunger. In addition, all the products included in the menu are available, and the dishes are very easy to prepare and do not take long. After just a week of this technique, you can feel lightness throughout your body and significantly improve your health.

The Czech method has no disadvantages, since it was developed by experienced nutritionists, who were based on the health benefits of those losing weight.

Disadvantages and contraindications of Dr. Horvath's diet

The diet developed by Dr. Horvath is not suitable for everyone. Some note that the diet has disadvantages:

  1. Long process of weight loss. Not everyone can stick to proper nutrition for a long period and quit what they started halfway.
  2. Poor efficiency. Some people who lose weight do not get the expected results - the Horvath diet does not help everyone.
  3. A diet that strictly limits the consumption of sweets is a painful test for those with a sweet tooth.
  4. There is no strict menu in this diet - those losing weight need to create their own diet, counting the number of calories.

Diet Roller coaster: rules, menu

Do you want to get rid of extra pounds and not suffer from hunger? Then the best offer is the roller coaster diet. We will tell you in this article what it is and how to use it for successful weight loss.

The program itself involves a nine-day course consisting of three stages:

In the footsteps of Martin Catan

“Roller coaster” is not a fun ride, but a way to get rid of extra pounds. Developer Martin Katan presented this diet to the world around the mid-eighties of the last century. He says that he personally tried it and got rid of 30 kg of excess weight. How does a roller coaster work? We will consider the diet, results and opinions of those losing weight further.

The principle of this diet is to count calories. You don't have to give up your favorite smoked meats, meat dishes or pasta. Everything is good in moderation.

For the full functioning of the body and replenishing energy reserves, calories are needed. If you reduce their number, the process of losing weight will begin. True, after several days of even the strictest diet, the body gets used to it and the unfortunate “plateau” effect appears, that is, the weight freezes and does not budge.

The Roller Coaster Diet will give you amazing results. And its principle is simple, if you follow the following algorithm:

  1. The diet is designed for exactly three weeks.
  2. The first three days the daily norm is 600 Kcal.
  3. For the next four days, we increase the number of calories to 900.
  4. Then for three days we consume 1200 kcal every day.
  5. We start again from the beginning and repeat each circle, that is, 600, 900 and 1200 Kcal.

Important! In the first days, the body will be subject to stress, headaches, weakness, and dizziness may appear. This principle of nutrition is not suitable for everyone, so you should first consult your doctor, especially if you have chronic illnesses.

Permitted and prohibited products

To adhere to Dr. Horvath's diet, you need to focus on the list of foods that you can eat. Among the permitted ones are the following:

  • lean fish, lean meat and meat products (sausages);
  • low-fat dairy products (cottage cheese, yogurt, kefir);
  • porridge with water;
  • vegetables (preferably green) - cabbage, zucchini, broccoli, cucumbers, spinach, greens;
  • unsweetened fruits;
  • eggs;
  • mushrooms;
  • butter and sunflower oil;

  • fatty meat, lard;
  • limit the consumption of salt, marinades and canned food;

Reviews

The Czech diet did not suit me - I followed it for 2 weeks to no avail. I think that we need to remove potatoes and all kinds of meat products from the menu - ham and sausages, as they are very fatty and salty. It is also advisable to count calories so as not to exceed 1700 per day, and this takes a lot of time. This diet is more suitable for women.

I easily lost 14 kilograms in three weeks using this system. It was not difficult - I ate meat, fish, vegetables. It was only difficult to give up sugar - instead of sweet black tea, I drank green tea with ginger and currant compotes. At night I always drank a glass of kefir or yogurt, sometimes I allowed myself to eat hard cheese (it is prohibited) and bananas.

I managed to lose 6 kg on the Czech diet (or Dr. Horvath), but I didn’t expect more. Every morning I drink natural coffee with cookies, and then I stick to the rules of my diet. I gave up fruits completely, I eat vegetables - stewed or baked, lean beef, and use spices and seasonings. At night I drink kefir with breadcrumbs.

Diet Requirements

The author of the technique is Dr. Horvath, who claims that only with proper nutrition can you get rid of excess weight. And if you starve, you will not be able to get a positive result. Therefore, to get rid of 3 to 5 extra pounds in 7 days, you just need to switch to a new diet. And this can be done using the Czech technique.

Czech diet

It is important to note that this diet was designed for people who are unable to lose weight due to a lack of willpower. The diet and diet of the diet are designed in such a way that a person does not feel a strong feeling of hunger, despite the reduction in daily caloric intake.

The basis of the diet is vegetables and fruits rich in fiber, dairy and fermented milk products, lean fish and meat, and cereals. You should also include eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, kefir, milk, and yogurt in your diet. It is recommended to consume fruits and vegetables that speed up metabolism and supply the body with vitamins:

  • citrus;
  • green apples;
  • cucumbers;
  • watermelons;
  • tomatoes;
  • melons;
  • carrot;
  • potato.

Often, when losing weight, it is not recommended to eat potatoes, since they contain a lot of starch. But if you eat it without oil, boiled and cooled, in minimal quantities, then it will not affect the weight loss process in any way, but will give you a feeling of fullness. It is especially recommended to eat oatmeal and buckwheat porridge, since carbohydrates from them are slowly absorbed and are not converted into fat. It is recommended to eat rye toast every day. Coffee and green tea are allowed to drink. Be sure to drink clean still water every day - at least 1.5 liters.

The method provides for five meals a day. The last meal should be no later than 3-4 hours before bedtime. It is very important to follow the Czech method menu, without including other foods in the diet. During the diet, you should give up sugar, flour products, various desserts, pasta, pastries and white bread, and alcoholic beverages. Sweet carbonated drinks, fatty meats, sweets, sausages and sausages are not recommended. As well as bananas, raisins and grapes.

It is recommended to exercise as often as possible or do morning exercises. Travel should be replaced by walking. If you follow these recommendations, you will not only be able to get rid of extra pounds, but also improve your body’s overall health. In a month of this technique you can lose 12-20 kilograms of excess weight.

According to the rules of the diet, foods can only be subjected to certain types of heat treatment - boiling, stewing, baking, grilling or steaming.

Czech diet, -15 kg, 3 weeks. Reviews

Lose weight up to 15 kg in 3 weeks. The average daily calorie content is 720 Kcal.

The Czech diet was developed by a nutritionist from this country, Horvath. This technique is also often featured on the Internet under the name Horvath’s diet. In a three-week diet course, you can lose 7-8 extra kilos, and if you are noticeably overweight, even 12-15 kg.

Czech diet requirements

According to the rules of the Czech diet, you need to eat 5 times a day in small portions, evenly distributing food over time, introducing the following foods into the diet.

Protein group:

– lean meat (beef, veal, poultry fillet); - chicken eggs; - low-fat fish.

Dairy and fermented milk products

(low-fat or with a minimum percentage of fat): – kefir; - cheese; - milk; - cottage cheese; - empty yogurt.

Vegetables and fruits:

– apples (preferably green varieties); – melon; - watermelon; - carrot; - cabbage; - potato; – tomatoes; – cucumbers; – various citrus fruits.

As for flour products, it is allowed to leave rye or whole grain bread in the diet, but not much and infrequently.

The liquid diet on the Czech diet is represented by clean water, tea and coffee without sugar, juices from fruits and vegetables.

Dr. Horvath recommends avoiding other drinks and foods while losing weight in Czech. In any case, you should not eat rich pastries, white bread, soft wheat pasta, fatty pork, lard, sausages, candy, chocolate, alcohol, soda, and fast food products.

You can salt dishes, the main thing is not to over-salt them.

Of course, physical activity will enhance the weight loss effect and protect against unattractive sagging skin. Working out in the gym, exercising at home, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking, playing sports - take your pick. All this is the best alternative to lying on the couch in front of the TV or sitting in a chair in front of the computer.

If you need to lose less kilograms, you can shorten the diet. As soon as you see the desired number on the scales, just smoothly exit the technique. After completing the Horvath diet, gradually add foods that were previously prohibited to your diet.

And if you immediately pounce on high-calorie and fatty treats, not only will the excess weight quickly return, but it is also very likely that health problems will arise. As evidenced by the experience of people who have lost weight, as a rule, it is possible to maintain weight even after a diet when switching to a standard diet.

During the diet, the body gets used to eating small portions and does not require such an abundance of fats, sugars and other high-calorie components in dishes as it did before.

Principles of diet and menu

The Czech diet, reviews of which are quite often found in thematic discussions, often seems to ladies either too filling, or, conversely, very hungry. In order to resolve this contradiction, we note that, indeed, the diet for each day of the Czech diet includes foods such as meat, potatoes and other vegetables. Among other things, you can eat cottage cheese and eggs, and drink coffee. However, portions of dishes prepared according to the Czech diet, from all of the above products, are small - so, the weight of each of them averages about one hundred grams.

The Czech diet is designed for twenty-one days - during this time you can only eat those foods that are listed on the menu.

The diet menu consists of a description of dishes for seven days - one specific set of products for each day.

So, in order for you to get the most complete idea of what the Czech diet is, below we will provide a description of the diet for one week, which, according to this diet, must then be consistently followed for another fourteen days.

On the first day of the diet, you are instructed to eat one rye bread cracker and an egg for breakfast, and also drink a cup of black coffee. For a second breakfast, you can afford two ripe apples, and as for lunch, for it you will prepare two hundred grams of vegetable salad, boil one hundred and fifty grams of beef and one hundred grams of new potatoes. For an afternoon snack, treat yourself to one hundred grams of fruit and drink a cup of green tea. Dinner on the first day of the diet will consist of one hard-boiled egg, eighty grams of boiled beef and one hundred grams of fresh vegetable salad.

As for the lunch menu, it will not change throughout the following days, the only exception being the third day, when the salad will be replaced by three slices of melon, and the fourth day, on which you will have to make do with only meat and potatoes.

For your afternoon snack over the next six days, you can either have a glass of coffee and low-fat milk, or be content with a glass of fruit juice. If we talk about dinners, then the dinner on the second day will consist of one hundred grams of boiled potatoes and fifty grams of cottage cheese; on the third day you should prepare yourself a piece of fish fillet and a spinach salad.

On the evening of the fourth day, you will have one salad for dinner, and then for two days in a row you will have one boiled egg and a piece of boiled meat for dinner. On the seventh day, you will be allowed to have a small feast for dinner - eat fifty grams of oatmeal cookies and drink a glass of kefir. As for breakfasts, only on the second, fourth, and seventh days will they be supplemented with fifty grams of cottage cheese or meat, and on all other days you will have breakfast only with green tea, fruit and rye crackers.

The difficulty of following this diet is that it lasts almost a month - during such a time it is not so easy to abstain from various gastronomic temptations.

However, if you can control yourself and strictly follow the menu described above, then in twenty-one days you will get a slim figure, the joy of which will be complemented by excellent well-being.
