  4. Mix dry milk, starch, cinnamon, vanillin, crushed sugar substitute separately and then add to the curd mass. Mix everything thoroughly and carefully add well-beaten egg white into the mixture.
  5. Pour the cake batter into silicone baking pans. Bake in the oven (175-180 degrees) for a quarter of an hour. The readiness of the cupcakes is checked with a toothpick - they are ready if the stick remains dry.

To prepare these cupcakes you will need the following list of products:

  • low-fat crumbly cottage cheese – 200-210 grams;
  • ground oat bran – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • a pair of eggs;
  • baking powder – 5 grams;
  • sweetener - to taste;
  • vanillin, salt - to taste.

Prepare muffins in a slow cooker like this:

  1. Low-fat cottage cheese should be kneaded in a deep bowl, pour eggs into it, add vanillin, salt, sugar substitute (crush or dissolve in a spoon of hot water). All ingredients must be mixed very thoroughly.
  2. Place baking paper baskets of the same size into silicone baking molds.
  3. Mix the dough for cottage cheese muffins again, add oat bran ground in a coffee grinder.
