A portion of delicious oatmeal, baked with your own hands, will “refuel” your body with energy and give it a good start. And you can take a couple of leftover flatbreads with you to work as a snack.

Pancakes are very popular, but during a diet they are usually prohibited. The exception is Dukan pancakes - they not only perfectly satiate, but also have dietary properties.
With kefir (without bran)
This recipe for Dukan pancakes does not contain bran - it contains gluten and corn starch (20 g and 40 g, respectively). You also need eggs (2 pcs.), low-fat kefir (300 ml) and a pinch of salt. The remaining ingredients are dry yeast and baking powder (0.5 tsp each), 3 g of fitparad (can be replaced with Milford). Instead of gluten, it is permissible to use an equal amount of starch, but in this case, the pancakes need to be distributed over 1.5 days (otherwise you will exceed the daily amount of additional supplements).
Combine kefir with yeast, leave for 10 minutes, then add all ingredients, except baking powder. Leave the dough for 30-40 minutes. Then heat the pan, add baking powder to the dough, stir. Fry the pancakes in a non-stick frying pan.
Liver pancakes
Dukan pancakes can be made from chicken or beef liver (500 g of this product is required). Also take an egg, onion and cornstarch (2 tbsp). Use salt and seasonings to balance the flavor.
Grind the onion and liver using a meat grinder or blender, add all the above ingredients. Before preparing the first batch of pancakes, lightly grease the pan with vegetable oil. Place the mixture on a heated frying pan using a spoon, turn it over, carefully lifting it with a spatula (the pancakes turn out to be very tender, so they break easily).
Brizol (Alternating)
Products:
- Egg - 2 pcs
- Minced veal – 100 g
- Champignons – 5 pcs
- Pickled cucumber – 1 piece
- Creamy cottage cheese 0% - 1 tbsp.
- Milk - 1 tbsp
- Grated cheese - 2 tbsp.
- Mustard - ¼ tsp.
- Garlic - 1 tooth
- Salt pepper
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.
- Green onions and parsley
Cooking method:
- Place meat, eggs, milk, salt and pepper into a blender. Stir until smooth
- Pour the mixture into a frying pan with 1 tsp. olive oil
- Fry covered for several minutes over medium heat.
- Turn over and fry for another minute
- Cut the champignons and fry them a little
- Place the cucumber, cheese, cottage cheese, mustard, chopped garlic in a bowl and mix.
- Place the filling on one half of the “pancake”, cover with the other half, close the lid and turn off after half a minute
- When serving, generously sprinkle with chopped green onions and parsley.
From bran
You will prepare these pancakes from eggs (2 pcs.), a couple of tablespoons of oat bran, 10 g of corn starch. You will also need 2 tbsp. soft cottage cheese and low-fat yogurt (3 tbsp). To add a sweet taste, use 4 Milford tablets, and to make the dough fluffy, add baking powder (0.5 tsp).
Grind the tablets into powder. Combine all ingredients, leave the dough to infuse (it will take at least 10 minutes). Then fry the pancakes on both sides, lightly greasing the pan with a napkin soaked in oil.
Recipes
For the dough base, use a mixture of wheat and oat bran. The results are fluffy pancakes, thin pancakes, and soft flatbreads. A good dough is uniform in consistency, without lumps of flour or spices.
Important! Sweeteners, berry and fruit flavors, spices, herbs, and herbs are added to the dry bran (or flour), mixed well, and then poured into the liquid ingredients, kneading the dough.
Pancakes
For several servings you will need the following products:
- oat bran – 6 tbsp;
- wheat bran – 3 tbsp;
- chicken egg – 3 pcs.;
- kefir 0-1% – 350 ml;
- vegetable oil – 0.5 tsp.
Mix the bran, place it in a blender or coffee grinder, and grind it into flour. Beat the eggs, add kefir to them, mix. Pour the egg-kefir mixture into the flour, kneading the dough.
Pour the dough into a heated, oiled frying pan. When the pancake is baked on one side, carefully turn it over with a wide silicone spatula. From the specified volume of products you get several delicious pancakes.
Peculiarity! Instead of grinding the bran, you can add it to the finished pancake dough. This way the coarse fiber will remain in the pancakes. Kefir can be replaced with 1% fat milk.
Flatbread
For the flatbread you will need low-fat cottage cheese.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- oat bran – 4 tbsp;
- wheat bran – 2 tbsp;
- cottage cheese – 4 tbsp;
- chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
- vegetable oil – 0.5 tsp.
Beat the eggs separately, add them to the bran mixture, and then add the cottage cheese. The dough is thoroughly mixed. Place the flatbreads in a heated frying pan with oil. After they are fried and browned on one side, turn them over.
