In addition to the extremely low-calorie ABS diet for 50 days, there is a light version of this diet, designed for 30 days. You can lose 8-15 kg in these 30 days. This diet is shorter and also less strict than the classic ABC diet. But despite this, the diet cannot be recommended for losing weight without harm to health.

You can lose weight if you deprive the body of any of the components essential for normal metabolism (this can be proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins or minerals). ABC is, on the one hand, an ABC book (based on the first three letters of the English alphabet), but in the name of the diet it is an abbreviation of the phrase “Ana BootCamp”.
