Preparation time: 10-15 minutes.
Cooking time: 20 minutes.
Total time: 30-40 minutes.
Quantity: 10 cheesecakes.
Cooking method:
- In a deep bowl, mix cottage cheese, semolina, vanilla sugar, and selected fruits.
- Form curds and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Pour water into the bottom of the multicooker and grease the grate with oil.
- Place the curds on the racks and bake in the “steam” mode for 10 minutes. Then turn over and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream and jam.
