  • Bulb;
  • Sour cream and herbs.

Fry the finely chopped onion in one tablespoon of olive oil. Peel the tomatoes and bake them in the oven until softened. After kneading a little, mix them with onions. Place in a saucepan. Pour the broth there and bring to a boil. Then add buckwheat and cook until done. We clean the pepper and chop it into half rings. Like the onion, fry it in one tablespoon of oil. Pour the greens into a plate with the prepared soup, add a spoonful of sour cream and a little fried pepper.

Chicken cutlets
