  • 500 gr. cottage cheese;
  • 1 cup oat or rice flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • 50 gr. dark chocolate;
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa;
  • sweetener or sugar to taste.

Mix cottage cheese with raw eggs and sweetener (sugar). Then add cocoa powder and stir until smooth.
