Here are two rules:

The stabilization period after intensive weight loss is the time required to adapt all processes in the new body, to take a psychological break from food restrictions, and to consolidate correct eating habits.

What do you eat to stabilize body weight after a weight loss course according to Galina Grossmann’s method?

It is still important to eat according to the clock.

  1. First breakfast - a glass of orange or grapefruit juice (will help remove fat breakdown products from the body).
  2. Breakfast is approximately the same as during weight loss + sometimes you can allow 20 grams of sweets.
  3. Lunch - any soup, 200-300 grams of vegetable salad, 30 grams without yeast bread, for dessert - yogurt.
  4. First dinner - 100 grams of protein delicacies (cheese, red fish, caviar, nuts, cottage cheese, meat), 30 grams of bread, 100 grams of vegetables, 100 grams of fruit, a glass of tomato juice or 1% fermented milk drink.

A water day is carried out once a month, or once a week if you want to lose another 2-3 kg in a month of stabilization. A water day just eliminates our errors in nutrition.

Physical activity

Galina Grossmann does not recommend intense training in gyms for overweight people, but simply advises moving more, walking, dancing, etc.

Simple dishes

Let's look at recipes for Galina Grossman's diet, and take a few main dishes as an example. Let's start with vegetable soup.

Vegetable soup

Ingredients:

  • carrots – 180 grams;
  • white cabbage – 420 grams;
  • tomatoes – 120 grams;
  • water – 2 liters;
  • sweet pepper – 60 grams (1 piece).

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the cabbage and carrots and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Mash the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Leave without heat for 30 minutes.

You can also make pureed zucchini soup.

Ingredients:

  • water – 0.5 liters;
  • zucchini – 500 grams;
  • carrots – 1 piece;
  • tomatoes - 1 piece;
  • celery – 1 piece;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • butter – 2 tablespoons.

Preparation:

  1. Heat water over medium heat.
  2. Cut the zucchini into slices.
  3. Cut celery and carrots into small cubes.
  4. Remove the skins from the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
  5. Fry zucchini, carrots and celery in butter in a frying pan.
  6. Grind the vegetables into a puree in a blender.
  7. Pour hot water into the puree, bring the soup to a boil, cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Leave for 7-10 minutes.

Another dish is Lenten borscht.

Ingredients:

  • white cabbage – 300 grams;
  • beets - 1 piece;
  • carrots – 1 piece;
  • onion – 1 piece;
  • tomato paste – 2 tablespoons;
  • water – 2-2.5 liters.

Preparation:

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Cut the beets into strips.
  3. Cook the beets over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the cabbage into strips and add to the soup, bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Peel and chop the onions and carrots, fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add tomato paste to the soup and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add roast, salt, spices to taste, cook over low heat, covered, for 10 minutes.
  8. Leave for 10 minutes.

And for dessert, Galina recommends making berry mousse.

Pleasant and healthy dessert

Ingredients:

  • any berries – 200 grams;
  • pectin – 1/3 pack;
  • boiling water – 100 milliliters;
  • optional sweetener.

Preparation:

  1. Beat the berries with a blender.
  2. Mix berries with boiling water and pectin.
  3. Boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring thoroughly and quickly.
  4. Remove from the stove and arrange into molds.
  5. Place in the refrigerator until hardened.
