Let's start with the toughest one. No, this is not a water diet, but a 6-day kefir diet for weight loss. Many dietists, having seen the menu, believe that they will need to drink a low-fat fermented milk product only one day - the sixth. Based on this, they are perplexed why such a diet is called kefir. By right, this weight loss system could be called chicken, potato or fish, because these products are also on the menu. You should eat every two hours, starting at 7.00 and ending at 21.00.
