Rules to follow

- Breakfast is a must in the diet of a person losing weight.
- After seven o'clock in the evening, you must refuse to eat any food.
- The only acceptable heat treatment of food is boiling (steaming).
- All products must be consumed without adding salt and spices.

- Physical activity during this period is allowed, but it must be moderate.
Long-term diet
There is also a long-term diet from Margarita Koroleva. It lasts 1-2 months. The result of a healthy diet is a good mood and, of course, significant weight loss - 10-15 kg.
Diet features
- Breakfast is an integral part. This will give you a boost of energy for the whole day.
- Meals should be small meals, and dining after 7 p.m. is not recommended.
- Allowed foods: lean meat, oatmeal, rice, buckwheat, fruits and vegetables.
- You can't go hungry, but you can't overeat either.
Here is a sample menu for one day:
Breakfast: Buckwheat porridge 250 g + green tea.
Snack: An apple or a handful of nuts.

First 3-day cycle on rice
The first three days of the diet involve eating rice. This product is rich in carbohydrates, while it satisfies hunger well and coats the walls of the stomach and intestines. Sometimes one or two tablespoons of rice is enough to feel full. At the same time, the body receives B vitamins, which a person most often lacks in everyday life. Thanks to a three-day diet of rice, you can strengthen your hair and nails, improve the condition of your skin and improve brain performance.
Golden and white rice with long grains is suitable for the diet. You need to prepare rice in advance, that is, on the eve of the day that precedes the start of the diet. To prepare six servings of rice for one day, you will need to take 250 g of grain. It is best to soak the rice overnight, drain the resulting water in the morning, and then start cooking it. If there is no time for pre-soaking, then the cereal must be thoroughly washed, then placed in cold water and put the pan on the fire. After the rice boils, reduce the gas and bring the cereal until cooked. The proportions of water and rice are 2 to 1, the average cooking time is 15 minutes.
During cooking, you should not add salt to the rice or add any spices to it. The resulting volume of rice is divided into 6 equal portions and eaten throughout the day. The last portion of rice should be consumed no later than seven o'clock in the evening. To add some variety to your lean and tasteless menu, you can eat three teaspoons of honey throughout the day. However, you should not add honey to rice.

Who should not use this diet?
You cannot follow a diet if your body is weakened. Flu or a cold greatly weakens the immune system, as a result, everything chronic becomes worse.
If you have stomach diseases or heart diseases, it is also not advisable to follow a diet. In general, before you decide to follow any diet, you should consult your doctor.
Second 3-day cycle on chicken
After three days of the rice diet are over, you can begin the meat stage. To do this, you need to eat chicken meat for the next three days. It is an excellent source of protein, which is very easily absorbed by the body. Weight loss is possible due to the low calorie content of chicken and accelerated metabolism. In addition, the body will receive the amino acids it needs along with chicken meat.
Every day you need to eat 1.2 kg of boiled chicken. We must not forget about water - you should still drink it in a volume of 2.5 liters per day. If a person replaces water with green tea, then sugar should not be added to it.
As for the method of cooking chicken, you can not only boil it, but also steam it. The poultry meat is first cleaned of skin and fat. The amount of chicken that is obtained after cooking must be divided into equal parts - you get 5-6 servings - and eat them throughout the day. During cooking, salt and spices are not added to it. Honey is not consumed at this stage.
You can find information that during these three days chicken can be replaced with fish. To do this, they suggest taking 0.8 kg of hake, pollock or cod. Of course, which option to choose is up to each person to decide for themselves. However, the “official” diet of Margarita Koroleva involves the consumption of chicken meat.

Recommendations and rules
The result of losing weight directly depends on the amount of effort put in and the correct adherence to diet therapy.
Principles from Margarita Koroleva:
- Eat often, little by little. Prepare dishes without adding spices, sugar, or salt. A single serving should not exceed 150-200 g. This is quite enough to saturate the body. The food should be chewed slowly, so there is no need for supplements.
There is no need to fast as this stresses the body. As a result, the risk of pouncing on food and overeating increases significantly.
To lose weight, you don't need to starve yourself, just eat right.
- To increase the effectiveness of diet therapy throughout the entire period of weight loss and after it, combine a low-calorie diet with light physical activity, water treatments, and massage.
Helpful in helping the body burn fat. To do this, it is recommended to rub the problem areas intensively with a hard washcloth. Such procedures stimulate blood flow to the dermis, giving it youth and elasticity.
- The last meal time is 19-00.
- If you have a craving to eat something sweet, it is recommended to brush your teeth. Toothpaste neutralizes the desire. At the same time, you should never chew gum: it stimulates the production of gastric juice, which leads to increased appetite.
In order not to tempt yourself, it is recommended to remove prohibited foods from your home.
- You can't get easier forever. After losing weight, you need to keep yourself in shape throughout your life, control your diet, instill and maintain healthy eating habits. If you don't do this, the weight will come back.
- Stress cannot be eaten away. In the event of a tense situation, it is forbidden to console yourself with food, since this approach inevitably leads to weight gain. Instead, it is recommended to drink green or chamomile tea, take a shower, bath (you can add lavender essential oil), and take a walk in the fresh air.
- Do not eat near the TV or computer. In this case, the body is distracted by the action taking place on the monitor, which is dangerous because you can eat more than the prescribed portion. It is recommended to observe the aesthetics of eating: eat in the kitchen from beautiful dishes using beautiful kitchen appliances. Getting maximum pleasure, those losing weight quickly experience a feeling of fullness.
- Distinguish thirst from hunger. Most often, the body gives signals about the need to replenish the water-salt balance, which people mistakenly perceive as a desire to eat. If such a feeling occurs, it is recommended not to rush to the refrigerator; just drink a glass of clean still water. Moreover, the liquid should not be consumed in one gulp. You need to drink water in small sips. The daily norm is 2.5-3 liters.
- You can't skip breakfast. Having gone hungry for part of the day increases the likelihood of provoking diseases of the digestive tract, slowing down the process of losing weight, and pouncing on food in the afternoon.
- The duration of the diet cannot be increased to 13 days.
It is interesting that in terms of nutritional principles, Margarita Koroleva’s method for losing weight is reminiscent of the 6 petals diet, which, unlike the latter, consists not of six, but of three consecutive mono-diets.
The diet is contraindicated for colds, stomach and heart diseases. In this case, any weight loss program can become a “trigger” that undermines health.
Third 3-day cycle on vegetables
The last three days of the diet are aimed at cleansing the body of toxins. For this, vegetables are used that are rich in coarse, indigestible fiber. It, like a brush, “sweeps” everything unnecessary from the intestines and absorbs unnecessary mucus.
Vegetables can be consumed both cooked and fresh. You can make salads from them. However, it is forbidden to eat pickles, marinades, spices, and sauerkraut. Vegetables are not added with salt during cooking. To make vegetable days not so bland, you can boil half of the vegetables and eat the other half raw.
You can eat up to one kilogram of various vegetables per day. During these three days, you are also allowed to diversify your menu with three teaspoons of honey.
Kefir diet for 6 days
This is a very low-calorie diet - less than 1000 kcal. You can lose from 3 to 9 kg in 6 days, but you can’t sit on it for a long time - this can have a bad effect on your health and general well-being.
Rules
Main products for the day:
- kefir with a fat content of no more than 1% - 1 l;
- fresh fruits or vegetables - 1 kg.
Vegetables and fruits rich in fiber help cleanse the intestines, and they also contain dietary fiber, which, by swelling in the stomach, makes you feel full faster.
Fruits are consumed during the day, and vegetables in the evening.
It is prohibited to use:
- Vegetable crops include potatoes, olives, and members of the legume family, as they are rich in starch.
- From fruits - fruits containing a large amount of sugars (grapes and bananas).
Eat 6 times a day, remembering to drink at least 2 liters of clean water. It reduces hunger and speeds up metabolism.
Sample menu
The principle of the diet is that at each meal they eat a portion of vegetables or fruits, which is 160 g. In this case, you should start every morning with a glass of kefir (250 ml). The rest of the drink (750 ml) can be distributed throughout the day.
1 day:
- For breakfast, drink a glass of kefir and eat a green apple.
- For lunch - plums.
- During the day - pineapple.
- For an afternoon snack, they chop cabbage.
- In the evening, make a vegetable salad from tomatoes and cucumbers, it can be salted and seasoned with kefir.
- Before going to bed, eat celery.
Day 2:
- Add 160 g of orange to your morning kefir intake.
- For lunch - the same amount of grapefruit.
- During the day they eat peaches.
- For afternoon snack, peel carrots.
- For dinner, chop bell peppers.
- For the second dinner, mix lettuce with spinach.
Day 3:
- They stock up on nectarines for breakfast.
- For lunch - red apples.
- They eat pears for lunch.
- For afternoon snack - Brussels sprouts.
- Carrots are prepared for dinner.
- For the last meal, make a salad of cabbage and carrots.
Day 4:
- In the morning they eat kiwis for breakfast and drink kefir.
- Sliced oranges for lunch.
- Pineapples are served for lunch.
- For an afternoon snack, wash the strawberries.
- For dinner they eat arugula.
- For the second dinner, fresh cucumbers are served.
Day 5:
- For breakfast, eat a portion of pineapple and drink kefir.
- For lunch - any apples.
- For lunch they buy a pomegranate.
- For afternoon snack - spinach.
- In the evening, it is enough to eat 160 g of fresh broccoli.
- For the second dinner - bell pepper.
Day 6:
- In the morning, eat cranberries and drink kefir.
- For lunch - tangerines.
- For lunch they serve persimmon.
- For an afternoon snack, wash the radishes.
- For dinner - bell pepper.
- Before going to bed, have a snack of arugula.
Quitting the diet
After dieting and returning to normal eating, there is a high probability of rapid weight gain. To avoid this, it is important to exit the diet correctly, which will take 1.5 months.
Basic output circuit:
- New products are introduced every 4 days.
- Initially, the proportion of kefir, raw vegetables and fruits in the diet is increased. Portions should be such that the body can be completely satisfied.
- The next step is the introduction of cooked vegetables. There should be 50% of them on the menu.
- Add low-fat dairy products - natural yogurt, milk, fermented baked milk, yogurt.
- Boiled meat, poultry and low-fat fish are returned to the diet.
- The turn has come for dairy products, but with high fat content, for example, cottage cheese and cheese.
- Next, carbohydrates are introduced - cereals, but semolina and rice are prohibited. Cereals are consumed in the first half of the day.
- Vegetables and fruits that were prohibited during the diet are returned to the table.
- After 3 days you can boil your own pasta or eat bread made from bran flour.
- The ban is lifted on rice and semolina.
Then they completely switch to the usual menu.
Contraindications
The kefir diet has many contraindications:
- diabetes mellitus (see dietary nutrition for diabetes - table No. 9);
- lactose or sucrose intolerance;
- pancreatitis or other diseases of the pancreas;
- diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and urinary system;
- exacerbation of chronic diseases;
- vitamin deficiency and immunity problems;
