So in principle it works, but I can’t do it. Especially because in the evening I constantly want to eat. Maybe I don’t notice it at work, but when I get home I just pounce on food.

I started thinking, “What am I doing wrong?” If there weren’t such big (like me =)) problems before, then I made a mistake. I started to remember and yes, I came across something in my memory.

When I was 14-15, I didn’t think about food as “Mmm... Food... Yummy... EAT A LOT!!!” well, etc. I just didn't want to eat. Well, that is, of course I wanted to, but laziness took its toll =)

I was too lazy to get up early for school to have breakfast, and I skipped it.

When it was time for dinner, my mother returned from work, slapped me on the head because I hadn’t eaten all day and forced me to eat =)
