  4. Tomatoes should be divided into slices, peeled carrots should be chopped into slices, and peppers freed from seeds should be chopped into strips.
  5. Prepared vegetables should be collected in one bowl, generously sprinkled with oil, and mix the mixture well. Before placing the products in a fireproof container, the composition must be seasoned with salt and pepper, and sprinkled with granulated garlic.
  6. At the next stage of cooking, it is necessary to clean (sear with a hot burner or a special burner) the turkey from hairs, remove the remaining “stumps” using tweezers, then rinse and dry the divided carcass.

  • Turkey breast - 0.9 kg;
  • Soy sauce - 5 tbsp;
  • Salt - to taste;
