Who is this method not suitable for?

If a person is predisposed to constipation, then it is better to choose another product for a fasting day. An allergy to oatmeal is extremely rare; doctors call it an exception. Naturally, in this case, unloading is absolutely not suitable.

Porridge with milk
To prepare milk porridge for the whole day, you will need to divide 700 g of ready-made oatmeal into 4 doses. - In the third case, you need to place 2 cups of oatmeal in a container and pour 1 liter of boiled water over the cereal. The mixture must be left for a day in a warm place. After 24 hours, the swollen grains along with the liquid must be processed until a homogeneous mass is obtained in a blender. After this, you need to add 1 liter of water to the mixture and put it in a warm place for 48 hours. After 2 days of souring, the resulting mass must be placed in a separate pan and boiled over low heat. After this, the mixture is filtered and cooled. You can add cinnamon to the jelly.
Kissel should be consumed often, in small quantities. At the same time, during breaks between unloadings, it is necessary to follow the rules of a balanced diet.
Oatmeal soup
Oatmeal should be infused in cold water for 5–6 hours. At the initial stage of preparing the first dish, you need to fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in a saucepan. It is allowed to add a small amount of vegetable oil. After softening the onion, you need to add 250 g of oatmeal. The ingredients need to be poured into 1.5 liters of boiling water. After the mixture boils in the pan, reduce the heat to low and cook the soup for 30 minutes.
After time has passed, you need to check the readiness of the oatmeal. When the cereal has almost softened, you need to add 2 large tomatoes to the dish. Vegetables must first be chopped using a grater or blender. Canned tomatoes may be added. You can add spices and herbs to the oatmeal soup to suit your taste. After adding tomatoes and additional ingredients, you need to cook the dish for 5 minutes.
Fully or partially limited products
The following are completely excluded from the fasting day diet on oatmeal:
