    Usually, white wheat flour and yeast are used to make pies, but we will use something healthier - oatmeal or other flour, excluding yeast or using it in a minimal amount.

    Buckwheat, flaxseed, corn, rye, rice, and oatmeal are healthier than wheat flour. You can prepare it at home by grinding the cereal in a coffee grinder or blender with a special attachment.

    To make the dish sweet without using sugar, we will add fructose, dried fruits, natural fruit or berry puree.
