You will need a pack of cottage cheese, 6 tablespoons of muesli, 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place future cookies there, scooping the mixture with a spoon (you can also bake in a slow cooker, but it will take longer). As you understand, first of all you need a blender. And also low-fat yogurt (200 milliliters), 60 grams of muesli and any berries you like (frozen ones are also possible). Some people recommend adding ice cream, but in our case it doesn’t work.

Then everything is simple: put the products in the blender, close the lid, press the button and poof! A delicious cocktail is ready.

Mousse for children and adults

We take kiwi, strawberries or strawberries (raspberries can be used), natural yogurt (150 milliliters) and the same amount of milk. Muesli – 40 grams. First, mix yogurt, kiwi, berries with milk in a blender, but do not use everything, leave one fruit and a handful of strawberries for decoration (they will need to be chopped with a knife). Pour into glasses, sprinkle with muesli and garnish with remaining kiwi and berries. Very tasty and simple, takes only 10-15 minutes.

Muesli with yogurt or kefir

Traditionally, yogurt was used as a fermented milk product in Switzerland, the homeland of muesli. But you can add fermented baked milk, yogurt or kefir. The main thing is the presence of live fermented milk cultures and the absence of any preservatives and sweeteners in the composition.

Directions: For one serving, combine ½ cup granola with 1 cup yogurt or any other fermented milk product of your choice, stir, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Or leave at room temperature for a couple of hours. Before use, add either chopped fresh fruit or honey or syrup to taste.

You can mix with fermented milk products those cereals that you made yourself and those that you bought in the store. From a biochemical point of view, it does not matter whether the grain has undergone preliminary heat treatment. Fermented milk bacteria will make cereals digestible for humans due to their own enzymes.
