Here is the most popular recipe, which can safely be called a classic.

You will need:

  • Chicken fillet – 800 gr.
  • Corn starch - 4 tablespoons.
  • Sugar, brown - the same amount.
  • Grated ginger – 2 tablespoons.
  • Garlic cloves – 4 pcs.
  • Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 large spoons.
  • Water – 150 ml.
  • Soy sauce – 125 ml.
  • Green onions - 3 feathers.
  • Ground pepper – ½ teaspoon.

Step-by-step preparation:

Cut the washed and dried chicken into pieces.

Sprinkle with cornstarch, taking 3 tablespoons of the total amount, and mix.

Place in hot oil in a frying pan. Fry the pieces until lightly browned. Place in a bowl. Place in small portions, better divide into two fryings.

Place the garlic, passed through a press, into a clean, dry frying pan. Grate fresh ginger root. Measure out the required amount and send it next. Add ground pepper. Fry over low heat, stirring continuously, for 30 seconds.

Pour in water, add soy sauce, granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly again to disperse the sweet crystals.

When the sauce boils, dilute the remaining spoon of starch in a small bowl, adding a couple of spoons of water. Add to sauce.

Do not leave the stove, stir the contents constantly. After a minute, the sauce will begin to thicken.

Return meat to sauce.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized cubes, pour in soy sauce, stir. Marinate for about an hour, placing in the refrigerator.
  2. Chop the onion into half rings, cut the sweet peppers into slices, after cutting out the core with the seeds.
  3. When the meat is marinated, add starch to a bowl, stir, distributing evenly among the pieces.
  4. Fry the chicken pieces in batter until beautifully browned.
  5. In a separate pan, fry the onion slices first. Then add pepper. Cook the vegetables together until they are soft. Take peppers of different colors, then the dish will look very elegant.
  6. Add tomato paste, pour in vinegar. Simmer over low heat for a couple of minutes.
  7. Add diced pineapples. Season the dish with salt and black pepper. Dissolve starch in a small amount of water and pour into the pan. If the sauce is too thick, add pineapple preservative.

For 1 kg of chicken fillet (we use white breast meat) you will need:

  • 2 medium carrots; 3 small sweet peppers;
  • 2 small tomatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;

  • 1 bunch of greens;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
  • 2 tsp. olive oil;
  • 1 small jar of canned pineapples;

  • salt, ground pepper to taste.

This amount of ingredients will make a whole large pan of stew. If you cook for one or two people, take less food.

Chinese chicken in spicy sweet and sour sauce

Here is another version of the classic homemade Chinese dish. Vinegar, soy sauce, and hot pepper will add a slight spice to chicken meat, which many people love.

Take:

  • Chicken breast – 500 gr.
  • Corn starch - 4 large spoons.
  • Granulated sugar (brown) - the same amount.
  • Sesame seeds - a large spoon.
  • Sesame oil - the same amount.
  • Sunflower oil – 3 large spoons.
  • Apple cider vinegar – 3 large spoons.
  • Ketchup - the same amount.
  • Soy sauce - 3 large spoons.
  • Garlic cloves – 3 pcs.
  • Red chili flakes - small spoon.
  • Black pepper – ½ small spoon.
  • Salt – 2 small spoons.
  • Water – 2 large spoons.
  • Rice - a glass (plus 2 glasses of water).

Step by step recipe:

Rinse the breast and dry with a paper towel. Divide into small pieces or strips (not too small).

Place the slices in a bowl, cover with starch, pepper and salt.

Add oil to the frying pan and heat it thoroughly. Place the chicken. Start cooking, stirring frequently, over full heat. Frying time – 3-4 minutes. Then transfer to a plate and cover with a lid to keep the meat warm.

Instead of chicken, drizzle sesame oil into an empty pan. Add sugar, salt, hot chili flakes. Crush the garlic cloves with a press and follow them.

Immediately add soy sauce and apple cider vinegar. Stir the contents thoroughly.

Add ketchup. Mix well again.

Bring the sweet and sour sauce to a boil.

Pour 2 tablespoons of water into the container with starch and stir. Add to sauce. Don't forget to stir. Boil for just a minute.

Return the chicken to the pan.

After a minute, sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.

  • Sunflower oil – 3 large spoons.
  • Starch, corn - 2 large spoons.
  • Black pepper, hot chili, salt - ½ small spoon each.
  • Sesame seeds - a small spoon.

Cooking technology:

Heat oil in a frying pan, add champignons cut into quarters.

Cut out the seeds from red and yellow bell peppers. Cut the pulp into fairly large cubes. Separate the broccoli into florets. Add vegetables at the same time as mushrooms.

Fry, stirring, for about a minute over high heat.
