Kneading dough
Before you make oatmeal cookies without flour, you should thoroughly replace the viscous base. To do this, you need to remove the cooking fat from the refrigerator in advance, and then grind it together with granulated sugar, vanillin and ground cinnamon. If the taste and aroma of the last component do not suit you, then you don’t have to add it.
After processing the butter, you need to deal with fresh country eggs. Beat them vigorously using a hand whisk, and then add crushed oatmeal and baking soda (you can quench them with fresh lemon juice if desired). - 4 cups oatmeal;
- 200 g butter or good margarine;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons of peanuts (with a heap);
- the same amount of peeled sunflower seeds;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda + the same amount of lemon juice for extinguishing;
- a pinch of vanillin.
Recipe in more detail:
- Fry the peanuts and seeds in a frying pan separately. Grind the peanuts in a meat grinder (with the largest grate you have), although you can chop them with a knife.
- Grind softened margarine with cinnamon, vanilla and sugar.
- Beat the eggs into the margarine and stir well.
- Now it’s the turn of the cereal – mix them thoroughly too.
- The final touch is to add slaked soda (it can be replaced with two teaspoons of baking powder - in this case we do not extinguish it), as well as nuts and seeds. The dough is kneaded and then placed in the refrigerator for 1.5–2 hours.
- Cookies are baked at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Yield: about 60 cookies (if the size of the ball is not much larger than a walnut). If you don't have many eaters in your family, you can reduce the amount of ingredients by half. Making the dough

The baking process will take a quarter of an hour.
From flakes on kefir
To prepare this dessert, you need to take 300 g of Hercules and kefir (preferably low-fat). In addition, you will need:
- honey – 2 tbsp;
- raisins or dried apricots - to taste;
- a little cinnamon and vanilla.
The first thing to start with is pour the cereal into a bowl and pour kefir over it. If the fat content of the drink is too high, you can dilute the kefir with cooled boiled water, while maintaining the volume specified in the recipe of 300 g.
When the flakes swell, you can start kneading the dough: put honey in a bowl (its consistency should be liquid), vanilla and cinnamon to taste. Then add dried fruits, which, like the flakes, were previously soaked, but in water, not kefir, and finely chopped. To make the mass homogeneous, it will be convenient to use a blender.
Important! There is no need to worry if the dough seems too liquid and becomes difficult to work with your hands - spread it onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon.
The cookies should spend 15 minutes in the oven. It is not recommended to overexpose it - it can become hard.
Without flour

Having filled the entire baking sheet, it must be immediately sent to a heated cabinet. It is recommended to bake such a tasty and satisfying delicacy at a temperature of 205 degrees for 25 minutes. This is enough time for the dessert to be fully cooked, tender and soft.
Oatmeal Banana Cookies (Sugar Free – Vegan Recipe)
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups oatmeal (it is better to buy the smallest ones);
- 2 bananas;
- 0.5 cups raisins;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
- a few pinches of almond petals.
Cookie recipe step by step:
- Mash the bananas with a fork. It is better if they are ripe and not greenish, then you will have to put almost no effort into chopping them.
- Add cereal.
