Recipe:

Finely chop the cabbage and remember it well along with the salt.

Grate the carrots and peeled apple (coarsely!).

Cut the bell pepper into pieces.

Grate the beets on a large grater (do not cook them! We use raw ones).

Contraindications

“Melka” has a lot of advantages, but this dish is not recommended for use in the following cases:
