Boil the meat of your choice without salt (chicken or breast without skin, turkey fillet, veal, beef), cut into small pieces (200 g). Add 10 g of Dijon mustard, a pinch of black pepper (these spices will not interfere with weight loss, as they speed up metabolism and promote fat burning), a little 10% sour cream.

Mix the ingredients. Chilled bread (preferably homemade kvass) is added immediately before use.

Kefir

The classic recipe with kefir is prepared in exactly the same way as with kvass (the same ingredients), but in the end everything is filled with low-fat (1% or 1.5%) kefir.

Variable recipe. Grind 100 g of green onions, 50 g of parsley and dill. Cut into cubes 200 g of boiled new potatoes, 5 hard-boiled egg whites, 200 g of chicken breast, boiled without salt and skin. Pass 100 g of cucumbers and radishes through a grater. Add a pinch of black pepper. Mustard and sour cream are excluded. Pour 1% kefir in an arbitrary proportion.

Vegetable

Vegetarian is considered the lowest calorie and suitable for weight loss. It can be prepared with both kvass and kefir. The only restriction is that neither meat nor fish are allowed.

Lacto-ovo-vegetarian (we have already told you what kind of food system this is). Grind 100 g of green onions, 50 g of parsley and dill. Cut into cubes 200 g of boiled new potatoes, 3 boiled whole eggs, 150 g of fresh cucumbers, 50 g of radish and black radish. Add 10 g mustard, a pinch of black pepper. Pour in low-fat kefir or kvass.

Vegan. Grind 100 g of green onions, parsley, dill, 50 g of beet tops. Cut into cubes 200 g of boiled new potatoes, fresh cucumbers, 100 g of radishes and radishes. Add a pinch of black pepper. Pour yeast-free homemade rhubarb kvass, cucumber pickle or beet broth. Eggs and dairy products are excluded.

Raw food. Grind 100 g of green onions, parsley, dill and beet tops. Cut into cubes 200 g of fresh cucumbers, 150 g of avocado, 100 g of radish and radish. Add a pinch of black pepper. Pour in mineral or plain water, possibly with the addition of vinegar.

With beets

Cold beet soup is more correctly called beetroot soup, but for most it is one of the options for okroshka. One way or another, it also fits into the weight loss program described above: it is low in calories, good for health, quenches thirst and hunger.

Recipe 1. Cut into cubes 200 g of boiled beets, 4 whole hard-boiled eggs, 100 g of cucumbers. Grind 100 g of green onions, 50 g of dill, parsley, cilantro. Mix. Pour 1% kefir.

Recipe 2. Cut raw beets (250 g) into cubes and boil. Strain the resulting broth - this will be the dressing for the beetroot okroshka. Chop 100 g of green onions, press down with mint until the juice releases, add chopped parsley and dill (50 g each). Stir, press down again. Roughly chop 150 g of boiled new potatoes, 3 boiled whole eggs, 100 g of fresh cucumbers, 50 g of radishes, 200 g of boiled chicken breast. Mix everything (together with the boiled beet cubes). Add Dijon mustard, black pepper, and 10% sour cream for taste. Pour in the strained beetroot broth.

Mushroom

Boil and puree porcini mushrooms (300 g) in a blender. Grind 100 g of green onions, crush them with mint to release the juice. Add chopped herbs to it: 50 g each of parsley and dill (you can add cilantro and basil to them). Stir, press down again. Grate 150 g of fresh cucumbers, radishes and black radish. Crush 1 clove of garlic. Fill with homemade kvass.

Fish

Boil 300 g of cod fillet, cut into cubes or blend in a blender until pureed. Roughly chop 100 g of boiled new potatoes, fresh cucumbers, radishes, 3 boiled egg whites.

The dressing is prepared separately: in a blender, chop 100 g of green onions, dill and parsley, mix them with 50 g of 10% sour cream, 20 g of mustard, 4 cloves of garlic, black pepper (based on taste preferences). Pass the dressing through the blender again.

Mix fish and vegetable mixture with dressing. Fill with kvass before use.

Interesting fact. It is believed that the recipe with fish appeared thanks to barge haulers on the Volga. For lunch they were usually given bread kvass and roach. The latter was so hard that they began to pre-soak it in the drink, and then crumbled the vegetables that were at hand into it and ate it all together.

They start the diet by eating the least high-calorie vegetable okroshka with kefir (38 kcal/100 g). It does not include sour cream and meat products, but contains only fresh cucumbers, green onions, boiled potatoes and eggs. For a liter of base (kefir is diluted with boiled water in a 1:1 ratio) take 1 pc. potatoes, a bunch of greens, a bunch of onions and one egg. During the day, eat 1.2 liters of cold soup in 200 ml portions.

On the second day, dietary okroshka is prepared, prepared with diluted kefir with the addition of 200 g of boiled meat, eggs, vegetables and herbs. Choose lean veal or beef (with veal you get 78 kcal). The entire amount of cold soup is also divided into 6 equal parts.

On the third day, vegetable okroshka is used again as on the first day, but the egg is removed from the recipe, and boiled water is replaced with mineral water (such as “Borjomi” or “Essentuki”). Due to the absence of an egg, the calorie content of 100 g of soup will be slightly lower - 35 kcal.

Cold soup on the fourth day of the diet differs from vegetable soup in that two chopped tomatoes (200 g) are added to it, but an egg is excluded. Since the calorie content of 2 tomatoes and one egg is almost the same, 100 g of soup will contain 38 kcal (or even less).

On the fifth, sixth and seventh days, the diet of the first - third days is repeated. On all days you need to drink a lot of water (1.5 liters per day).

In our opinion, this food option is low-calorie and contains little animal protein (on the third, fourth and seventh days, the dish is prepared without eggs and five days a week - without meat). Therefore, if you follow it, you may experience a constant feeling of hunger. At the same time, a small amount of boiled potatoes is present in the diet every day, which is usually excluded in weight loss programs. This option is not balanced and is only suitable for people not engaged in physical labor.

You can choose more acceptable options for preparing okroshka - more satisfying and healthy, but nevertheless not very high in calories. Everyone will love this cold, refreshing soup. For example, with boiled chicken, squid, shrimp, fish, recipes for which will be given below.

The diet can be repeated no earlier than after 1.5-2 months, provided it is well tolerated and there are no contraindications. If desired, it can be practiced as one fasting day.

Okroshka is an ideal dish for a pp-schnik

There are a great many classic recipes for okroshka. Many of them can be taken immediately in finished form - they are ideal for proper nutrition. Some will have to be adapted - it’s easy. The main thing is that there is no sausage in it and, of course, that the recipe is without mayonnaise.

Okroshka when dieting is as easy as shelling pears, just replace taboo foods with permitted ones.
Instead of sausage, take chicken, beef or even fish (river and sea fish will do).

Mayonnaise will give way to sour cream with a low fat content, let's forget potatoes altogether - without them the dish turns out no worse.

PP-okroshka is a quick dish to prepare. The components are finely chopped or crushed using a grater, liquid is added - kefir, whey, tan, ayran, mineral water, kvass, sorrel decoction. Mix thoroughly, season with sour cream (low-calorie, of course!), and serve.

For this cold first course, eggs, meat, and fish are first boiled. The latter can be baked in the oven - in foil, in a sleeve, or simply in a mold, for example, this is how you can prepare chicken. But the main thing in a pp dish remains greens and vegetables. Green onions and dill, spinach, lettuce, sorrel, cucumbers, radishes or radishes - the more of them, the tastier it is. When losing weight, okroshka prepared according to all the rules will even help you get rid of several unnecessary kilograms!

Recipe with chicken breast and whey

Okroshechka made with whey (my grandmother in the village said it was made with cheese) is, in my opinion, the most delicious and lightest! You just need to find a real dairy product! Then, in addition to taste, we will also get a lot of benefits - there are no less of them in whey than in other fermented milk products.

Everything is prepared quite quickly if the eggs and chicken fillet are already boiled.

  • cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • dill – 1 bunch
  • green onions – 1 bunch
  • parsley – 1 bunch
  • chicken fillet – 100 g
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • whey – 1 l
  • sour cream 15% - 2 tbsp. l.

  • fatty meat and poultry;
  • sausages;
  • fatty fermented milk products (sour cream, milk, yogurt, fermented baked milk);
  • spices and herbs;
  • marinades and pickles;
  • smoked meats;
  • baked goods and desserts;
  • carbonated sweet drinks;
  • alcohol;
  • limit potatoes, carrots, salt, kvass.
