I don’t understand why you should forbid yourself, when there is a ban, you want to break it even more, and when you break it, you start to feel depressed. When I was losing weight, instead of half a bar of chocolate I ate 3 slices, instead of a piece of cake, half a piece... Etc. And everything was great! Measure is needed. And I won’t refuse because there are still so many desserts that I haven’t tried, but I want to!

A week and a half ago I asked the forum how to get off the “sweet” diet. They gave me a lot of advice, the main one of which was: stop eating and get over it)
In fact, everything turned out to be easier than I expected. For three days I had a terrible headache and sometimes felt unsteady; now everything is ok) the only sweets are fruits (the abundance of children’s gifts is not even tempting), I began to eat much more normal food, but the calories are low. It’s too early to judge my general health, but my figure has definitely benefited: minus 1 kg, despite the fact that I eat a lot.

But it was difficult to do without sweets. Good for those who don’t have a sweet tooth, but I don’t. But I still can’t wrap my head around how people can do without sweets. Still, this has its advantages. Namely, that giving up sugar cannot have any negative impact on your well-being. For example, I began to notice that my pimples and acne disappeared, so now I know why I was breaking out so much. I felt great and nothing bothered me. Even without weights, it became clear to me that I began to lose weight, because my legs stopped swelling and shortness of breath disappeared. And in general, the gait became lighter, the mood was excellent. As a result, after a month of the “No Sugar” diet, I stepped on the scale to look at the result of my experiment. It was nice to see that the refusal of cookies and cakes did not pass without a trace. I managed to lose as much as 5 kilograms, which is very good, because I ate everything I wanted and my diet did not suffer. It was nice to watch the extra centimeters disappear from the sides and hips, and at this time I didn’t do anything special for it. This diet is suitable for absolutely everyone, without exception. I replaced sugar with natural sweets such as fruits, dried fruits, berries, and nuts. Not only tasty, but also healthy. So you can do without sugar and return to a normal figure. I recommend this diet to you too.

By the way, to avoid breakdowns, I drank Reduxin every other day. In addition, one sweet can be replaced with another. Sugar can be replaced with honey, sweets with dried fruits.
